I was born in East Los Angeles. Like most kids of that day I grew up in the gangs, ended up learning things the hard way. Went on to serve 9 years in the U.S. Army Infantry. Joined the Knights of Columbus and attained the rank of Sir Knight, and in my council attained the rank of deputy Grand Knight. And 3 years as a RED CROSS Director of Disaster Services. Today I am proud to Command the finest Chapter of Brown Berets in the country. I have two sons Tony, and Jesse, and a daughter Brandi "Bambi" which I am so very proud of them ALL. I guess you can say I am truelly BLESSED! Tito I know you would be so PROUD of them also, there a great bunch of kids. I hope that you are somewhere looking down on us still protecting us and looking out for us ALL, the Familia YOU started ,guided, and kept together so long, you made it look so easy Tito. And I hope your smiling and very proud of us ALL, we love you and still need you. Because the Familia has never or will we never have Captain at the wheel like you. You will remain in our hearts and minds for many generations and your shinning example will continue to lead the way for this Familia.
