I am female, 68 years old, and retired. I'm married, no children or grandchildren but one lively Springer Spaniel dog and one Rat Terrier rescue dog. I have been researching my family tree since Nov. 2009, and this research led to my interest in Find A Grave and a realization of the importance of the gravestones and the information they provide about birth and death dates. I also realize that our old cemeteries are deteriorating, and one thing we can do is preserve the information in those cemeteries by photographing the grave stones.
