RE: Madelina Klein
It's very confusing. I think Madelina = the Magdalena that's on her parent's stone. DC has Madelina from Apr 18 1907-May 20 1910 (matches the dates on the stone). That plus I found the identical obituary that you posted but in the Philly Inquirer on the same date, but 1910. I would just change the dates and add the same photo that you have for her parents. And maybe add a note about the first names being different (engraver may have been wrong). Sorry to ramble! LL.

Hi Donna,

I just want to say thank you very much for posting the record for Rodger Sullivan in Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon and the obituary notice as well. I had been searching for it last year without success so I was pleasantly surprised to find it today. Keep up the good work!

Darlene Nash
Elizabeth Gentile
My name is Darlene Nash and I am the granddaughter of Elizabeth Gentile - died 11/19/1958. Her husband was Angelo who died 6/23/1932. First I would like to thank you for the dedication and love you clearly have for the loved ones of people you will probably never meet. You have my respect and appreciation. I would very much like to communicate with you in reference to my great Aunt (Elizabeth's daughter) that I have been searching for for years with no success of finding. I am devoted to honoring this aunt's memory and really need your help in finding her grave - which I am hoping is near her parents in Holy Cross. Her name was Philomena Gentile and I believe she was born about 1909 and died after 1920 as a teenager. Would you please help me find her. My email address is drn1057@aol.com. If you would drop me an email I would very much appreciate it. Thank you. Darlene

thank you for writing the obituary notice that was published in the Evening Bulletin for my grandfather. I was thrilled to see and read it. I did edit his birthday as I have the date. As far as I can tell right now, I have 10 family members buried at St. Joachim's. I have added their names to the list and all the info that I have about each one.

thank you for the photo of the Fellenz gravesite.
Thank you for the photo of my paternal grandparents' grave. I did not realize that one of their sons and his wife were also buried there.

FYI, both Frank Fellenz (originally Franz Fellencz) and Josephine Fellenz were born in what is now Romania. They grew up just 12 miles apart but didn't meet until they got to the US. He arrived in the US in 1912. My father, Frank's namesake, is still alive at 94.
