Marion Howe Headstone photos
I just wanted to say "thanks" for handling my photo request for Marion Howe's headstone. I was beginning to wonder if he even had a headstone, but thanks to you, I know now that he does.

Take care,
George Wilkinson

Thomas Walsh's grave photo.
Steven,

Thank you so much for taking the time to add a photo to this memorial. I did not know Thomas, but knew his wife. They passed away in an apartment fire in Alaska.

Not sure why they were not buried together. She is in our local memorial garden in Lansing, Michigan.

Have a fun summer. I appreciate your help and will do my part to fulfill some photo requests near me.

Tibbs
Steven, she went by her middle name Matilda. Did you find any name with Tibbs? Matilda would be the name on the marker. The edit you sent me on plot location, is this Johnson stone in the same plot location as Matilda?

Thank you for the information. I have not been able to verify either spelling and census records are handwritten so it could be either way.

RE: Georgia's father's obit., contents.
Yes, I did see that the fellow who managed the sites had passed away. Sorry that he is gone now. It was the person who took on the sites from him who I've had trouble contacting.

Some of these relatives have names that are easy to track on Fed. Census, and some have names like John Taylor, and George Foster, and the like, which is like finding a needle in a haystack.

Steven:

Thank you so much for going out and trying to find Elizabeths grave.

She was living at the county home when she died, so I am not surprised she had no headstone.

I would like to find her death certificate but so far have not had any luck, perhaps I should try to contact the funeral home.

Thanks again!
