You're very welcome. That shine on the stone was ICE - I didn't anticipate that little weather phenomenon.

Well see that's the thing, I didn't know who Smith's father was, I only knew his daughter was Mary Margaret Baldwin, my wife's grandmother. Smith was my wife's great grandfather. That's as far as I've been able to go researching her family.
(I recently updated Margaret's page to show when she passed away)

You left a rose for him and I'm wondering how you're related. My wife has a great grandfather named Smith Baldwin and I'm wondering if it's the same guy. Her grandfather is Trois Martin from McKenzie.

|Stone♥Searcher||Doris Ward Lamb|
Hello, I see you've placed a rose for Doris, so after reading your page, I think you may be related to Doris and I have a question. I've been sent a recent request to link parents. Could you please confirm who the parents of Doris Ward Lamb are? It is memorial number 110857772 at Myrtle Cemetery. Thanks so much for your help!

I know where those are. I will have to wait for the snow to melt so we can see them. Once it is gone, i can head over there. Thanks for the legwork.

You have requested a photo from Evergreen Cemetery. If you contact the cemetery for the grave location I will look for the headstone in the next 2 weeks. Almost everyone there answering the phone is willing to help over the phone. If they tell you that you would need to come in to get a map anyway, let them know you have someone who has the maps. I have the maps of the cemetery so this could be easy. Their number is 708-422-9051.

I was interested in the Military information submitted by Bev. I wondered where she got all of the information concerning Gettysburg, the Oath of Allegiance etc. I could only find minor bits and pieces on Ancestry.com and would like to know more. I would be very distantly related through the Blakes. Thank You.

I'd much rather a relative, regardless of the distance, care for a memorial :) Please let me know if I have any other memorials you/your family would like - happy to transfer, anytime!

Thank you for taking the time to take these photos, it is very much appreciated! I have been looking for Frank for over 10 years, so it was great to finally find him!

Hi, Many thanks for your email. What a lot of information, I now feel suitably empowered to have another go and see if I can't crack this. For your info, this cemetery has approximately 38,000 graves and memorials - as Captain Robert Falcon Scott said when he stepped into the snow 'I may be some time'.
Kind Regards, Roger

You are most welcome. If I find your red rose on other memorials that are non-family, I will transfer them as well, but it is a slow process.

|Donna ||RE: Driskell|
You're welcome. Even though there are Find A Grave memorial pages for his wife & son their plaques did not have a death date. That usually means they are still living so I did not add photos to their pages. The plot right behind them was Walter & Nellie Driskell. I don't know if they're related, but I added photos to their memorial pages too.
