I am hoping you can help me! I have a cousin who I believe is buried in Woodland Cemetery..we did not find out about his passing for quite a while and his grave was actually entered as a virtual grave, but because of where he lived and where his widow still lives I believe he is buried there. If you still take pictures, would you mind taking one of his grave for us please, we live in Texas and the chances of us getting there are not very good! His name is Michael Jarrod Heierman and his dob was May 27, 1970 and dod was 1 Dec 2010. Thank you for your consideration. Nancy

You might be interested to know that I have just submitted my 5th correction!
The first was "INTO THE WILD BLUE YOUNDER" :)
That was about a year ago. They were a bit skeptical - "Maybe it's an inside joke, a pun." They agreed to contact the family and check. I got a sweet note of thanks from the family!
Then this week I ran into FOUR: A stone where the last name of the deceased was so clearly misspelled that I couldn't miss it: "CHISHLOM" - I checked with the National Database and sure enough, every bit of record, including the cemetery's was "CHISHOLM" (the normal spelling) and it was a typo.
Then only a few feet away, I found a stone marked "THE LORD IS MY SHEPERD" with the "H" missing!
And upon returning home that same day, processing my photos of the day, I found - on the other side of that same stone! - they had left off the "II" from "WORLD WAR II", checked the database, etc (plus the words were offset for the II!)
Then I found a stone that said "US NAVY US NAVY" :) These were all in the same area. Someone was drinking on the job perhaps?
So, I'm thankful for you paving the way for us volunteers to find and get corrected the mistakes! Thanks for persevering on this!

I was working a little on this memorial, and it has reached its photo limit. The only one of the marker is one you posted long ago, when the marker was first put up and the sod was not yet in, so the marker is sitting there in dirt/mud. I am hoping you would be willing to replace it with a more current sodded photo. ???
I have the photos, and could just sponsor the site and add mine but that hardly seems fair... :)
Please let me know. Thank you!
