Yes, there are no abandoned homes but when the rain quits I will go to the 2 brick homes and see if the owners can help me!

Howard Floyd
Have a question. My Howard Floyd I have buried in Cleveland Cemetery #44250503 but another Find A Grave member pointed out the death cert says buried in Rehobeth Methodist Church Cemetery as are his parents, A Floyd and Lela Mode
Floyd.

To complicate matters further - there is a duplicate for Howard Floyd in the
Rehobeth Methodist Church Cemetery. #120941679.

Any suggestions??
Sharon

RE: Sharon
Can you ask the man who did the map about how far in the cemetery is? I went there and of course nothing from the road, no abandoned home or any that look it. My husband is going back with me and we will see but if I had a few more details. Thanks

You'r welcome. I tried to find Jennie Ethel (Whisnant) Brackett as well but my little boy got inpatient and was starting to act out. I only live about 20 minutes from Clover Hill United Methodist Church and have some of my husband's family is buried there so I will try again in a few weeks when I have more names to get pictures of.

McCurley
I have walked the whole section of Last Supper in Mobile Memorial Gardens. I have taken pictures of every McCurley, Owens, and Rogers. If there are any other memorials in this section, it is possible there isn't a headstone. Glad I could be of help to you.

Whisnant Cemetery
Glad I checked back to see that someone else was going to track down the cemetery! I'm close to an hour away, but would have gone anyway. Let me know if anything changes.

I love the hunting and my husband say he has a great idea now of where we are going. We are getting the severe freezing rain and snow but once I can get there I will go! Thanks for the project!@

We are supposed to get some snow over the next few days, but as soon as it clears up I would be more than happy to go hunt it down for you!

I have asked a friend of mine who is also descended from the Ledfords and Whisnants and looked myself - neither of us are familiar with Whisnant Cemetery or can find anything about it. I will let you know if I come across anything. :)

RE: Done
It isn't trivial. People searching for Millie Brooks aren't going to find her if she's listed under Minnie Brooks (I know because I was one of them). Anyway, I was just trying to help, but thanks for making the changes and I hope you have a nice day.
