Ann K. King Tebow
Marteen and Harry Brooke
Thank you for responding so quickly. Would you consider transferring Marteen and Harry to me. Harry Brooke and Rudy Heard [ Harry's brother-in-law] were my daddy's two best friends in Big Sandy. I considered Marteen and Harry and Irene [Harry's sister] and Rudy my aunts and uncles. Both groups loved me just like I was there own. And I loved them the same way. When Harry and Marteen adopted Judy and Mary Ann, Judy was 4, I was 5, and Mary Ann was 6. I went around telling everyone in Big Sandy that I had new cousins. I was so happy to have them in my life.

So if you would email me back yea or nah, I will get the trnsfer request to you if you agree! I really would like to take care of them.

Thanking you in advance.

Ann

Brooke Family
Hello Sharon! Are you related to Marteen and/or Harry Brooke? I noticed that you had done good genealogy work on Mr and Mrs Brooke [Harry and Irene Brooke Heard's parents} Do you live in and or around Big Sandy? I am always looking for persons who are familiar with BS. If you knew Marteen and Harry personally, would you know where Mary Ann and Judy are? I have not seen them in a while and want to get in touch with them if at all possible.

Thank you so much,

Ann Kerryn King Tebow

You are welcome. They also buried one of their Daughter be side of the son. Cynthia Margrace Helderman Harkrider. She was buried last week so it will take awhile before a marker is placed.

I most definitely will! It's rained here the last two days and I had my foot in the original photo (oops) but, hopefully, I can have that added tomorrow for you :)

The sponsoring question was just a general one to you:) When I sponsor any of your memorials, they will be for my blood line relatives.

Death Certs
If I sponsor one of your memorials for my own family relative, do you mind if I post a death certificate as the 5-photo limit no longer exists? This allows other family members to view the document if they do not have access to ancestry.com.
Thanks.

RE: Headstone Photo
Sharon, I was happy I found them, sorry I couldn't find the parents. The plot is fairly large, but only stones were on the one end. Hope they were just in another part that I never found, it was my first time in this cemetery. Another lady was looking for Stella Winfrey and Lucie Robinson, so went to find them also. She thought they were in Humboldt, she may be kin, she added Lucie. Luella

Hi, Another findagrave contributor noticed that your memorial for Frances has her in the wrong cemetery. She is actually buried at North Carolina > Rockingham > Midway United Methodist Church Cemetery (http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&GRid=118190965&CRid=2159318&). I had created a memorial for Frances when I canvassed that cemetery last year. Your memorial predates mine and I've deleted the duplicate. Please associate this memorial to the correct cemetery. Thanks! Perry
