Cutting grave photos
Thank you so much for going out of your way to take and post these photos!

Warm Regards,

Thank you so much Dino, my "FindaGrave friend", for taking the Carr's tombstone photo in Woodlawn. I'm happy all were on one marker. Despite tricky lighting, the inscription is very readable. It took some research, but I discovered that Patricia was a daughter of James & Irene. I haven't been able to find any information about her husband, other than his surname. More work needs to be done. I've created a memorial for Patricia (#165026217), so would you please copy your nice tombstone photo to her memorial. I want to reiterate again how much I appreciate your wiliness to do this for me.

Obviously I'm becoming a nuisance by asking again for more tombstone photos. But who would have guessed, because none died in Everett. One died in Boston, another in Waltham and the 3rd in Belmont. I bet you're thinking I keep saying this is the last, but it never is! You've been terrific, but obviously it's time to give you a break and for me to concentrate on Maine burials or Alabama, both places where I am doing research.

So, I'm taking a deep breath and hoping that sometime in the next several weeks you can find time to go to Woodlawn and take one or possibly 2 tombstone photos for the following.

All are in Lot: 5352 Highland Ave.

James Carr

Irene (Goldie) Carr

Audrey Carr

Amazing; decades-old mystery solved. Many thanks for returning, the pic, and best of all: confirmation.

Appreciatively, Philip in NYC

Can you please tell us who Esther Michaels was near?

Edwin E Seward (1861-1915) and parents Samuel & Lydia | Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett, MA
Thanks for your sleuthing and these long-sought photos with many clues in the memorials. Interestingly, in the foreground is a partial stone "M.L.S." I've never been able to find the interment location of Edwin's 2nd wife, Maud Livingston [Battles] Seward/Bowerman, but this may be it; by chance do you have a more complete pic of it?

1,000 thank you's,

Philip in NYC

Oh! I forgot to thank you for the transfers of the other Stoloff's you found... thanks for taking the time to look!
- Last request: Could you add the picture for Anna Stoloff to her husband Harry's memorial too, and then the one for Sam Michaels to his wife Sarah Michaels? THANKS!

Stoloff and Michaels
Thank you ever so much for the fantastic photographs that you took of the Stoloff and Michaels gravesites. It is greatly appreciated by myself, along with other family members - as we are in California. I appreciate that you took the time to get such a beautiful photograph of both of the markers! I love the high quality pictures - will have to get the hebrew translated!

I wanted to ask you where Esther was found? I couldn't get her location - so was she a few rows (N, S, E, W) from her kids? which? Also - was Dora Wolper not there? I noticed you got them all except the one..... Anyways I really appreciate it since I found a bunch of relatives on Fuller Street! So you knocked out almost all of the fuller street requests I had! If you ever happen to be back there I have a few at Temple Beth Shalom of Cambridge Cemetery (just a few down) I am looking for as well!!!!!!!

Thanks for making my day!

Last Request
Thank you once again for going to Woodlawn and taking William & Katherine's Tombstone photos. This should be it for a long time! I'm not sure why there are 2 tombstone photos on the page.

Marker Photo
Hi Dino,
Well hello again. Boy did I make a big mistake. A couple days ago I received Katherine Whittemore Brower’s death certificate. Remember the Browers
and the nice tombstone photo that you took very recently for me? Well, I am sorry to say, It turns out that not only is Katherine buried in Woodlawn, but her husband, William H. Brower, as well. Yesterday I called Woodlawn and guess what? Both Katherine & William are buried in 1708 Fragrant Path.

Of course, I made a terrible mistake in contacting you before finishing my research. Now I have the dilemma of wanting to have you take the photo, but not turning out to be a big nuisance. So please put these 2 Browers on your list and wait for a day when you need to be in Woodlawn for some other reason. Happily it should be very easy for you to find their marker, since you recently were there! Please be assured that I am absolutely in no hurry for this to get done. Wait for a nice beautiful spring day. Obviously not right now. This morning it was 18 degrees when we got up!

Thanks in advance for putting up with me again.

New Photos
Hi Dino,
Once again you have gone to bat for me. I never dreamed you would fulfill my photo requests so soon! It doesn't get much better than this. Fortunately it turned there were only 2 tombstone photos needed, rather than 6. Of course, per usual, both markers are very easy to read. You're certainly a winner all around. Please be assured that I am most appreciative.

Woodlawn Cemetery
Hi Dino,

I hope all is well on your end. I’m still at it in terms of the genealogy research. You took such terrific Spavin Tombstone Photos for me last year in Woodlawn, so I am hoping I might prevail upon your goodness again by taking a few more in that cemetery! Just pick a nice sunny spring day, when it is wonderful to be outside, perhaps in the next couple of weeks or even a month. Here is whom I am looking for:

Lot: Fragrant Path #1708

John Brower (b. 1831, d. 1899)
Memorial #159959619

Sarah (Holbrook) Brower (b. 1838, d. 1926)
Memorial #159959988

Henry Brower (b. 1807, d. 1895)
Memorial #159958914

Margaret H. Brower (b. 1804, d. 1873)
Memorial #159959314

Laurel Hill N Path

Alfred Foley (b. 1880, d. 1925)
Memorial #159845598

Ethel (Dee) Foley (b. 1881, d. 1910)
Memorial #159846015

Thanks for considering this.

Hey Dino! Thanks so very much for running out there for me to get the picture of Solomon. Hope he wasn't too difficult to find. Your time and efforts are very much appreciated. Bless you for all the work you do on Find A Grave.
