Misplaced photo
You were very kind to photograph a relative's headstone, but we , and I mean me, placed the photo on the incorrect memorial. So, would you transfer the photo on 7144960 to 149819446, and delete the one on 7144960? Thanks and I'm sorry for this mix up. Dick

Thanks for the photo. I took the liberty of enlarging the name/date. If you want to do that instead I'll delete mine.

RE: Shelley photos
Thank you for adding the photos and for the forethought to leave the photo requests active. The grave layouts are very unique and was wondering if it appeared that this was all a Shelley family plot. Did you happen to have taken photos of the others and who was buried there? They may all be my relatives. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.

Shelley photos
Thanks for the photos. I have entered others for the family with a request for a photo of the headstone writing as well. Perhaps you took them at the same time. They are all on request. Thanks again.

James Franklin Hill
I have found someone that has located James Franklin Hill's grave stone and have posted it on find a grave. Could you remove the lot and plot number and also the pic of the ground you posted. Thank You,
Shelley Roberts

RE: Cemeteries you have photographed
David, Thank you so much. I have a lot of relatives buried there and at Pine Hill. As I come across those buried at Oak Hill, I will check findagrave. If I don't find them, I will contact you.

I do know of two families: Nobie Hallmark, d. 2006, and family, and Cecil L. Carpenter, d.1995, and his family. Thanks so much.

RE: Cemeteries you have photographed
Thank you.

Right now, it is just Oak Hill in Talladega. I live about 50 miles from there, but between taking care of my mom, my husband and son, and my daughter and her family (my grandchildren), who have only recently moved back to Calhoun County, I have little time to get down there.

Cemeteries you have photographed
You have photographed some tombstones for some of my distant relatives. May I have your permission to use these with their records at Ancestry.com? I will, of course, cite you as my source. Thank you.

Thank you for the photo, it's helpful in linking the family members. Amazing how much people traveled pre-automobiles.

Louis(e) Selma Owen
Looks like you found the "right way" to her grave, Dave! Thanks so much for taking a picture of Louise Selma (Folmar) Owen's tombstone. [Her husband's tombstone correctly spells the surname as OWEN but hers obviously got mangled, along with her first name.] I appreciate your help, and for all you do for Find A Grave.

Best regards,
Nancy (Folmar) Reykdal
