Thank you again for the transfer. I found a wonderful photo of him in his senior annual. He was quite a remarkable person as was his wife.

Please transfer Bill's memorial to me # 47250479. I would like to add his obituary since he was one of the most outstanding graduates of my high school in Murphysboro, Ill. I would be happy to transfer it back to you if you wish.

Dr. Edward Lee Miller
I saw your note on Dr. Miller's memorial. I am most anxious to get in touch with any relatives; are you aware of any?

The purpose is to gather information about his grandfather Edward McCrea of Table Rock, Nebraska and Dr. McCrea's extended family. I'm with the Table Rock Historical Society. Dr. McCrea was one of our local celebrities, and I gather from the notes on his memorial that he was a chip off the block of his grandfather for whom he was named.

Anything you can tell me would be much appreciated. My email is or

Thanks much!

Hi Lady!
Hope you are well and hope you had a happy Thanksgiving. Wanted you to know Tim is still in remission, we are blessed!

Halloween night I was feeling really bad. Thought I had the flu. went to the hospital and my hgb was 1 1/2! I was transfused 6 units of blood and I don't know how many bags of antibiotics. We still don't know where all the blood went. Strange?? Dr. said he didn't know HOW I lived. He said if I had gone to bed and not the ER I wouldn't have made it.

RE: Hi
Been good Gale. 103 yesterday but you probably think that's a cool breeze. How's things out in the wild west? I hear our old stomping grounds are getting soaked. The dog days of summer are upon us. Anything making tour life interesting?

Sarah Mclain and John Porter .
Dear GLiveoak ,

I am a fifth generation Alabamian , and was born in Sylacauga Hospital in Coosa County . We lived in Childersburg , which was Talladega County , at the time , but this was the nearest hospital . John Porter and Sarah Mclain , both buried in Rehobeth Cemetery , Nixburg , Coosa County , Alabama , were my great , great grandparents ( I think I have the correct number of "greats" ).

I am having trouble finding their parents , or any information , at all , about their backgrounds , birth dates , etc. Can you help me make some progress on these two ancestors ?

I also lived in Phoenix in 2005-2006 , primarily in the Scottsdale and Tempe area , and have visited New Mexico numerous times .

I remember numerous sites and areas of Phoenix from my year of living and working there . I have a close friend who was born and still lives in Roswell , New Mexico , and I learned to snow sky in Ruidoso while visiting his parents one year .

Any information you could provide me with would be greatly appreciated .

Sincerely ,

Dale Martin Carroll

Grave in Roselawn Cemetery
I would be happy to help fulfill your request for the picture in Roselawn Cemetery in Monroe, Michigan. Unfortunately Roselawn Cemetery has all flat ground markers and there is a substantial amount of snow and ice on the ground right now so it wouldn't be possible until this thaws. If you can email me at in about a month to remind me (I've had a stroke) I'd be happy to help you with the pictures!
Take Care,

Glad to know you. Thank you for answering back to me. Shiloh talked of her dad a lot, I know they are together now. Have a nice day! ;)

I noticed your name on Shiloh Painter and her father Don Painter. Are you related to them? If so, how. My son was married to Shiloh Painter last May. Hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks, Susan Smith Bentz
