I grew up in a very small town called Carbonado, Washington. Each memorial day I would travel to several cemeteries with my mother and leave flowers for family members. My mother would tell me stories of the people (graves) that we visited. She told me about her grandpa and grandma and great grandparents, etc. Because of this, I became an avid genealogist. I have researched my family tree for over 35 years. I have travelled across the United States searching for my ancestors graves. I think this site is wonderful.
