Edwin Prince - 30702758
Hello ,I'm Robert Patterson and am tracing family history . I have family info on Edwin Depeyster Prince . I'm requesting a transfer if at all possible . He's my G,G,Grandfather's wife's father. She passed away at age 18 and he remarried . I'm trying to get all family under one roof so to say . Anyway I can add to your hard work you've already done , but would prefer a transfer . I in fact used to live in Edwin's old family House In Beckley W. Va., for several years and my Grandmother lived there most of her life . Will put a bio together from what I know . Thanks for your time .

RE: Andrew & Nellie Compton
Hello, I absolutely loved Andrew and Nellie Compton! They lived just out the road from where I grew up. Andrew helped Dad on the farm as Dad grew older. I remember going to the old farmhouse for supper when I was a child. There never were two sweeter people. It was lovely finding their names here. I'm chasing down the Foglesongs in my family and ran across Andrew and Nellie. Thanks so much for letting me know you are there. Don't you just love this web site! Lelah Hanks
Dear Judy,
Thank you for the photo of Lelah Hanks' stone, in the Blue Ridge Chapel Cemetery. Would it be possible to email me a full-sized photo of the stone? I'd like to include it on a Companion DVD, for my cousin's book, "Abraham Lincoln And His Hanks Family Genealogy", by Vicky Reany Paulson.

RE: Felts Cemetery
Thank you! I have more I need, but I exceeded my limit for the week :-)....Funny, but I just entered a few hundred into the system, but that does not seem to count.

Many thanks for your headstone photography. I know what's involved in traveling to the cemetery, finding the plots, sometimes cleaning the headstones, taking the pictures, and uploading them; all for a perfect stranger. I really appreciate your efforts.
Thanks and best regards, Karl Hamlin
