Hi Jerry, Do you have any obituary or other information on the death of this naval officer (b. Dec. 21, 1917 d. Nov. 17, 1962) who I believe was on active duty at the time he died at San Diego. Find A Grave memorial # 3390313. Thanks, JD

Jerry, thank you so very much for providing the photo I had requested. I had been trying for nearly five years to learn the name of the cemetery my aunt is buried in. There are no remaining family members alive who knew the name and I just found it a couple of days ago. Your quick response to my request came as a great and very welcome surprise. Thank you!

Jerry, They say let no good deed go unpunished. Since you are the man for San Diego area obit. notices that also solve the mystery of where people are interred I hope you don't mind if I give you these 3 names and mem. #s. Would be pleased and grateful if you have their obits. in your resources and can post them. Thanks! JD

Great info, as always!
Jerry, I'm well. Best wishes to you also.

Thanks so much for info on Elsie V. Scales Memorial# 131777878. All I had was the clipping. Shame to just let it sit and not add it somewhere.

She is not family, but I hope to get her info to those that may be searching. Never know what little treasures may be tucked into an old bible?!

She was either family or friend of the bible's owner who was a late friend of one of my friend's late mom. So, no one to ask who the woman was. I ended up with the bible with partial names, some dates, and newspaper clippings without dates. I love the hunt!

I need to be able to find those obits as easily as you do!
