RE: James K. Polk Anglin
Sure; be glad to post it. You will find more links as they are accepted to link this family. I have been researching John Wesley Anglin's family of late. Most of the information is in Washington Co but did not make it to Ancestry or Find-a-grave. -- dennis

Would be glad to take a pic of this grave site. However the cemetery will no longer provide grave site locations to anyone except direct family members. Sometimes it comes down to how busy they are. If you call the cemetery (817-498-5894) they will probably give you the section where she is located. This is a huge DFW cemetery - 70 acres divided into 19 sections.

Oliver & Margaret Maggie Shoemaker Plaine in Haugh's Cemetery
You show information for my great grandparents Oliver and Margaret Maggie Shoemaker Plaine as being buried in Haugh's Church cemetery.
Problem: Neither Haugh's church nor anyone else can find their graves in there. Can you show photos or plot locations, etc? I have written to Haugh's and they have no record of their burials, and others also question this. They have a headstone or cenotaph recorded by Holdcroft that is in the Beaver Dam cemetery, but it is not clear if they are really buried there. Can you check your info on this?

Thanks,
Linda

RE: Doris and Boyd Bettis
Thank you for getting back to me. No, I didn't see the book. I do remember seeing the DVD though. I didn't think to ask her about Boyd's family so I didn't have anything more than his info. So thank you for putting up the memorial. Rory was very touched to see such a nice one on find-a-grave when I showed it to him earlier.

I didn't email you because you contact in your profile doesn't have an email address.

Doris and Boyd Bettis
Hi,

My name is Jacki Gentry. Doris is my mother-in-law and I just came across the memorial you posted. If you don't mind, are you related to her? And if you are, how? I have also been researching the McInnis Bobbitt family and would love to compare data.

Charles Graue
The records of the cemetery reflect Charles Graue to be in G Garden, Plot 136. The only marker for a Graue there was Thomas E. Graue, 5/31/1919-6/30/2005 with spouse Lila B. not deceased. Could Charles be related like a son, and buried there without a marker? I will check again with the cemetery office.

I was not sure if I understood your message? I requested for Find A Grave to delete the duplicate. The deceased Judy Benton-Lamb actually created the memorial and they were transfered to me upon her death. His parents and his child are buried in the Dallas County cemetery so I'm sure that is why she accidently chose that cemetery when setting up the memorial.

Thank you for letting me know.

Margaret Ann "Peggi" Walker Kilroy - Memorial# 103798827
In reference to the memorial you established for Margaret Ann "Peggi" Walker Kilroy. I have some information to share with you that I hope will help.

There is no D.W. Newcomer cemetery, that is the name of a funeral home company in the Kansas City area. The 4 burials shown at D. W. Newcomer on Find A Grave are incorrect.

There is a website of Johnson County, KS burials which includes photos. This was a huge project completed about 10 years ago. Here is the link: http://cemetery.jocohistory.org/

D. W. Newcomer Funeral Home has several locations in the Kansas City area and one is on the grounds of Johnson County Memorial Gardens 11200 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS. Unfortunately that was one of the few cemeteries that was only partially indexed in the Johnson County cemetery project. I did a search on that website for the 4 memorials shown as burials at D. W. Newcomer cemetery and was unable to find any of these people.

I hope this helps.

Is the spelling correct? I checked the website and no one with this name was buried there.

RE: Cannie Lee
Well thank you so much. Nellie was my dad's aunt and he always speaks so fondly of her. I have a few nice photos of her. My dad and I are planning a trip to AR over the 4th to see his old home place and to visit graves. We sure appreciated your memorial on Find A Grave, as we did not know that Nellie had been buried there with Cannie. Thank you for taking the time to create the memorial.

Best Regards,
Susan Bailey
