Thanks so much for your help in keeping accurate records. I've noticed others don't like for info to be left in the flowers section. I know Findagrave says they don't want it left there, BUT, I would like to say thank you to all the kind folks who have left info there.
I am taking care of several memorials that were originally created by someone else. We are all human and there are lots of corrections that need to be done. Also the format has changed several times over the years causing "mistakes" to pop up now and need modification.
Because that person had created thousands of memorials, and was very ill the last part of their lifetime, many corrections/ additions went undone. If it weren't for people leaving comments in the flower section, I'd have never been able to correct as many as I have.
Thanks again!!! Keep up the good work!

|Cape Mom||Mothers Name|
I am the grand daughter of Floyd Parsley, I think you may have the wrong name for his mother ( I was told his mothers name was Sallie Jane Romans b. 5/26/1878 d. 1910 during childbirth @ Jenny's Creek, WV (the baby also died). Floyd had a sister named Grace b.10/8/1899 m. John Duncan, and 3 brothers William Harlan b.10/10/1904, Clarence Dewey b.5/26/1906, and Samuel Jonah b. 7/12/08. I grew up on his farm in Hode, KY which was carved from the Romans farm and holds the Romans cemetery.

|Thelma Aldrich||RE: Rhoda Swafford|
Well this interesting. My greatgrandma's name is Elizabeth. So Keyes was Rhoda's biological father? Do you know what happened to him or when Elizabeth remarried? And then Mr. Cooke disappeared. My mom told a story about a relative who went into a tavern and was never seen again. The tavern was busted later for selling human meat as beef. I wonder if it might be him.There were also stories of horse thieves in the family.

Hi, I was wondering if you have any information on the Swaffords from AR. My mom is Goldia Belle Swafford Huddleston. Her parents were John and Rhoda Swafford. We were always told that Rhoda's maiden name was Keyes. Great Grandma married Mr. Cooke after Grandma was born.Any info would be appreciated. Thank you!

|Gaye Hill||Parsley Cemetery - Laurel County, KY|
This exact message was sent to 20+ PARSLEY researchers in an attempt to discover any information for the Laurel County, KY family and where this cemetery might have been in 1880's.

|Gaye Hill||M. L. Parsley burying ground|
I am NOT directly related or researching the PARSLEY family, but in the course of my own research, I came across a very long, detailed obituary for a Mrs. Patton in the Mountain Echo newspaper of 1888.
It states she was interred "by the side of her husband, in the family burying ground of M. L. Parsley" - do you know WHERE that might be? Or if it has changed names?
I will enter this on Find A Grave regardless, but it would be nice to make it accurate.
Thank you very much.

I saw your note on Frank Trobaugh memorial that he was first married to Una J Parsley. I have him in my notes as husband of Mary Parsley, married 11 April 1909. This is documented in Tennessee State marriages database 1780 to 2002. Is Mary the same person as Una J Parsley? Thanks!
