Thank you for your work, here.

This is my mother in law's great grandmother. Her name is Christine Barrell. She married John Matsushita/Mats and they lived and raised a family in Alvin, TX. Her parents were Charles DeBow Barrell and Hortense McVey. Her grandfather was Charlie E. Barrell.

I was wondering if you are related.

Anyway you could help me with a death month in 1971, so I may find an obituary?

William G. Fear
I'm sorry to bother you again but I am desperately trying to join the DAR and I am having trouble finding the proof the DAR needs showing that William G. Fear is the son of William H. Fear and Mary Delilah Lanter.

Do you possibly have a document that may prove this? A marriage record for William H. Fear and Mary Delilah Lanter might work but a birth record would be better. Or even a copy of a page from a family Bible showing the birth.

I will pay you for the cost you may have paid for the document, for a copy, for postage, anything.

Please let me know when you have time.

RE: Juda Ferguson Fear
I thought you were probably an ancestor. And that is fine. I just thought I would check and see. I love all the information you have put into the Fear memorials.

Please email me soon. I would love to hear from you. You can email me direct at

William G. Fear
William G. Fear was my great, great great grandfather. Would it be possible to transfer his memorial to me? His memorial number is 22619349 and my contributor number is 47827945.

The memorial mentions he and Juda had 12 children. Do you happen to have the names of all 12?

Thank you,

John Franklin Fear
Hello. I was wondering if you have any other information on John Franklin Fear and Sarah Ann Chriss Fear. They were my great, great grandparents. His memorial # is 22619244 and hers is 22619293.

I was wondering too if you could transfer these to me. My contributor number is 47827945. You may also be an ancestor though so I understand if you don't want to transfer.

Thanks so much.

Mary Ann Simmons
Thank you so much for the information. For many years I had no idea what happened to her after EJDodd divorced her and took her children. I think her son Lester died young but he had a twin sister Hester who married. My grandfather was a son from her first marriage.

Mary Ann Simmons
Do you know if this is the Mary Ann who's maiden name was Flinn? Was she first married to Elijah Jefferson Dodd in Morgan County? I believe she married Lewis David Simmons in 1896.
