Florence Eaves

I went to McConnell-Geddes last spring and looked for Florence. I did see her daughter and husband, but nothing for Florence. I contacted my cousin who contacted another person and here is the information I received: Florence Eaves married Roy Eaves and she is buried in Fort Madison in the cemetery on the West end of town.
Hope that helps.

Ball Family
Hi Donna, I want to thank you for the wonderful work that you have done on the history of the Ball Family. I know you are related which helps us search a little more. I am Daniel and Sarah Balls 3rd great granddaughter and of course Jacob and Eliza's 4th great granddaughter. You have helped in my search for family history. Who knows we maybe related! I appreciate all that you have done!

Wonderful work.

Hi Donna
I was looking at your Martin Dewitt family in Smith Cemetery in Jasper Co. IN ... on his headstone last name Daywitt ( though we do believe it was originally Dewitt) We have alot mor children listed. Also we have no proof that he is a child of Peter and Jane (BRAY) unless you do?? AND he had had a brother named Barnett, and a son named Barnet, and a grandchild Barnet. anyway please check the info and fix it , thank you

Jeff Godbey
RE: Infant girl godbey
You are most welcome:) My father and I took pictures of all the Godbey/Godby's in the Bethelridge and Middleburg cemeteries last winter. (All that we could find and recognize anyways). She's not in our direct line, but if you wish to transfer, I'd be happy to manage it! I'm trying to connect and locate as many Godbey's from that area to try and start up a family reunion in the future. Jeff

I have added you to my list of friends, because I have some of the same names as you are managing, and because your own bio. expresses a lot of the same sentiments I have about family and ancestors. I am so thankful for this website, and continue to try to be a help to others trying to find their ancestors.

Golda Eunice Grigsby Taylor
I see where you have added the grave of my grandmother, Golda Eunice Grigsby Taylor. First thank you for your contributions. You show her at Bluejacket cemetary. It would be natural for many people who knew the Taylor family to believe that she might be buried in Bluejacket. She is the only one of her siblings that does not rest in Bluejacket cemetary. My Grandmother Golda Eunice Taylor lies in GARr cemetary in Miami , OK next to her husband of over 50 years, Earl Grigsby. I am not sure how to edit this so her burial place is correct. You have the dates correct on her birth and death. Will you please correct this error even if it is to just remove her listing as Bluejacket. As a novice in ancestry I know how important it is to have correct information recorded for our future generations. Thank you.

Marzel B Dixon
I just ran across some info in my computer on Marzel today. I had gone to a Shahan Cemetery in Wagoner County on an unsuccessful photo shoot. I did find him and Dana in Floral Haven Cemetery and sent the information to someone (was it you?) I looked today and found memorials and photos for a Floral Haven location so I hope that my information helped someone.

I spoke to Tracy when his daughter was a few months old but we lost touch. My husband is military so we move a lot. I am glad Henry, Shelia, and Tracy are well.

RE: Henry Rhodes
No ma'am, we are not related. I dated Henry for a while a couple of years before he passed. We remained friends after. I ended up getting married to someone with the same last name but no relation. I asked my husband when I met him if they were related, it was very strange. I pray all is well with Henry's family. He was and still is a big part of my heart. I have very fond memories of the time we spent together.
