Bob, thank you very much for the photos of Levi & Betsey Adams and Howard & Manola Alden. Also appreciate you sending along the burial locations and your correction notice. Your photos led me to adding two more memorials as well which was most welcome.

Dear Bob

Thank you so much for taking a photo of my G Uncle's grave, another one to add to my ancestry research, I was so pleased when after a long search I eventually found a photo of the crew of E19 submarine, if you look under Eric Buss you will see all the memorabilia about my father who served on HMSFormidable
Best wishes Sandra

William Shackford
Dear Bob
I notice that you have added a lot of gravestones at St Augustine's in South Boston. I have a death record that documents that my great great grandfather, William Brown Shackford, a civil war veteran who died Nov 19, 1866 was buried there. I'm from AZ and visited the area today - a volunteer who was potentially available to open the gates was not available so I took pictures from the outside of the fence. We'll be up in Exeter for the next two weeks and am wondering if you are aware of any documentation of the gravestones that exist besides your pictures so I can decide if I should try to get there on a Saturday when the church is open? Have written to the church archivist but think that I'd bet a better sense from someone who's actively been there and taken photos. Thanks very much for your help and for all the photos you've shared!

RE: Re- Sergeant ( Obs. ) William W Johnstone
I've recently found an old photo of William's grave that I reckon was taken immediately post WW2. It shows William's grave in its original state- thought you might be interested to see it.
Please check out his page to view it there.
Many thanks again.
With kind regards,
Carol Johnstone.

RE: Find A Grave Memorial# 18431100
No, I have no entries for that spelling, (until now, thank you ) and only 8 folks marked as died in Germany, That was a surprise. That's like 1 in 8000.

You can tell if I have been at a memorial by the flower marked Macaulay/semi.

You in Germany now? Here is some wee bit of envee.

Sorry Mate, I saw the message but failed to read the title. So I was guessing at who you had found.
Then of course in my usual fashion I was off a running in the wrong direction.
Although He does have accolades in many places, I was referring to his grave site.

Not too worry, I'm ok :-)

You have to have seen The George Gibson site. Yes I would love to add your photo to my collection.

And I did, I found it on his memorial.

Thank you. Hope you enjoyed the trip, its on my bucket list but I am afraid my bucket has leaks, and
I really want to see Bernera and Kirkibost.

Thank you so much for the photo of my 2nd great aunt's tombstone! Would you mind also uploading it to her husband's memorial? #163563518 I wasn't sure they were buried together until I saw the photo you provided, and is it okay if I share this photo on my family website, properly credited? Thank you again, I really appreciate it!
