P.S. I should have added this:
Ellen Gallagher Barry: Memorial# 120443193
John W. Barry: Memorial# 120443953
Please unlink this John from Ellen Gallagher.

Thanks for adding the photo for Ellen Cavanaugh Watson, this was very helpful as it confirms that James and Mary were her children. I'm still trying to locate her husband John Watson's gravesite (he remarried to Ellen Gallagher).
Thanks also for taking the photos of the marker for John Barry and Ellen McLean ... however this is a different John Barry than the one who was married to Ellen Gallagher (not McLean). Could you unlink him from Ellen Gallagher? The correct John Barry was born about 1870 and died around 1903-5, before Ellen Gallagher married John Watson as her second husband. Actually John Barry AND John Watson could be buried near Ellen Gallagher.
Sorry there are so many Ellen's and John Barry's! There are several possibilities in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery for John Barry and I can't figure out which one is tied to Ellen Gallagher.
Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it; this one is a challenge.

Thanks so much for finding it! I wondered if you might have been the other volunteer. Thanks to volunteers like you, I have found over 500 (lots of attrition in what normally is a 180 soldier unit) former members of my dad's infantry company. Thanks again, James

Dale & Patti,
Thanks for finding and taking the photo of Mr. Cookson's gravestone. About a year ago another volunteer walked the entire cemetery and couldn't find it. Was it near his parent's gravestone? Mr. Cookson joined Company A, 7th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division at the Anzio Beachhead and fought with them during the invasion of Southern France and into the Vosges Mountains in eastern France. He was wounded in action in western Germany while breaching the Siegfried Line. Thanks again. James

Thank you for taking the time to search for the plot and stone. Although there was no stone, you listing his mother's maiden name(my 3rd ggm)has helped me break down some of the brick wall.

Hello Dale & Patti -
If you get a chance sometime when you are at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Bangor ... could you please take a look at this?
John Ambrose Jamieson, memorial # 126332569 (you posted 3/14/2014) was married to Annie Theresa McCann in 1919. You have memorial # 125499386 for Annie (posted 2/22/2014).
I was going to request linking John and Annie, but since their memorial numbers and posting dates are not very close, it would be best to see if they are in adjacent plots before linking them, to add more confidence that these are the correct memorials to be linked.
Thanks for your help and all of the work you have done!
P.S.(Annie's grandparents are my g-g-g-grandparents).

Dear Dale and Patti
I can't tell you how much it means to me to me to have this picture of the final resting place of my 2nd Great Grandpa. After sending this request, I realized much of my family is there. I am starting a list so I can send one request next time instead of many. I do hope I can visit someday, but I live in CA...long way away.
Thank you very much for making my day!
