|Kathy Lewis||Meeker Family|
Hi I'm working on family research for my surname Meeker. On your find a grave site you have listed 6 members of my family in Royalton Cemetery in Amanda Fairfield Ohio. For my great-great - grandfather Aaron Meeker #29856502 someone has gone to the expense of putting a wonderful new marker up for him.
My problem is my family was not sure who his parents were. What they had written is not the truth. I'm wondering is there a way or someone, to find out from the cemetery records or from whoever put the marker up the information I need to continue this family. I am at a dead end. I would be willing to pay the expenses needed to acquire this information.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you Kathy Lewis

|Eva .||PERMISSION TO USE PHOTO|
Hi Linda, may I have permission to use any photos of headstones of my family and ancestors as I work on my own tree and genealogy? I hope you will consider my request and reply. I ask every single time I want to use a photo and so many won't send me an answer. I'll wait to hear from you and thank you for being a Find A Grave volunteer! Eva

The reason I send data the way I do is so the recipient can have advantage of the research I did. Since the page is missing, look to Find A Grave Memorial# 42862649. The citation to prove this would be nice but we can't have everything. Thank you for your time. qashqai

|Ann Fahl||Elizabeth Cunningham grave|
buried at the Holderman-Halderman-Strode-Wasem Mccray Cemetery
Thank you for photographing so many old cemeteries and graves. I was delighted to find my great x3 grandmother's grave. I am wondering if you might still have records for this cemetery, that could tell if her husband might have been buried there much later. I can't find him anywhere. He was Robert Duffield Cunningham b Sep 30 1829 d Feb 20 1898. He was a farmer in Hocking twp all of his adult life. His parents were buried at the Amanda Pres. Cemetery, but he isn't there either. Thank you for any help you can give me. Ann Fahl

Thanks for your help with this! When I used Google Earth I could see a grassy square area that looks like its being farmed around. I have the farm owners name from 1996 who is a 3rd generation owner and would now be in his 70's. If you want me to email you the google earth spot or the owners name/address info I would be happy to send.

|Margaret Wade||Lamott Cemetery|
I was wondering if you can shed any light on the Lamott Cemetery, Lancaster, Ohio. I have some family history that claims in 1996 the cemetery was in bad shape. It also says the Berne Township trustees claim they have no responsibility as it is a private cemetery. I have the name and address of the owner of the property from 1996 and don't know if it is still the same. I also don't know if that owner was a descendant of the Lamott's. I just really want a photo of my 4th great grandfathers grave stone. I have the inscription, so I know it was a marked grave. There were children buried there as well but I don't know if they have markers. I did a photo request because someone did create an online memorial but I saw a problem report for someone else who had a request for that cemetery and the message was, "the cemetery doesn't exist anymore." How is that possible? Any help would be most appreciated.
