Jan Wint DeRosia
Bernice E Burnett
I saw your flower and note on her FindAGrave memorial page and was hoping you can help with her name. I found her married to Otto Louis Heran in 1922,div 1946 & married to Harold V Barnacott in 1947 in Indiana. On her death record her name is BURNETT. Her parents are jerry Jacobs & Mabel Abbott.

This is the same person?

Dick W. Morgan's background
Dick Morgan buried at Mount Ida, Arkansas was my
grandfather's (John Calvin Morgan)full brother.
Their parents were Calvin William Morgan, born
13 August 1826 in Virginia and died 15 November
1901 near San Augustine, Texas and Nancy Clark0
Oliver (a widow, when they married), who was born
ca. 1831 in Arkansas Co., Arkansas and died ca. 1865 in Texas(possibly Washington County). Most
likely, Dick's and John Calvin's father was serving in the civil war at the time of Nancy's death.
Their father remarried Martha Julia Jones later and they had a large family in Texas. The parents left Arkansas when Dick was a baby and were in Texas by 1860 where my grandfather, John Calvin was born 13 June 1862 in Gonzales County. An interesting twist is that Nancy had two children by her first husband, Tom and Margaret "Maggie"
Oliver. Two of Maggie's sons (named Dodson) married two of the daughters resulting from the 2nd marriage. To simplify, two of the first wife's grandsons married two of the second wife's
daughters (Florence & Alice, who married Jay Dodson). Sorry, I can't recall who Florence married, but was Jay's brother. Maybe this will
clear up some of the questions posed. I have
extensive info on the family, including Nancy's parents, John and Margaret "Peggy" Taylor Clark.

My great uncle Willie Berry was married to Donald's sister Mildred Shoaf. Do know where Willie and Mildred moved too and if they have any kids/grandkids living. We just found marriage record where they married in Virginia.

Van Morgan F/G memorial page
I see you placed floweres on this memorial and hope you knew or are related to this person. The dates indicate to me that he may have been the son of my Van Morgan b. 9 Nov 1870 in Arkansas Co., and died 29 Feb 1904 in Arkansas County. He married Francis Josephine Parker in Arkansas Co., 18 May 1891. If any of this works, contact me

Donald Lutes
Shoaf family
Hello! My great-great aunt was Sexie Painter-Shoaf. She was married to Harry Shoaf. They had a son Harry Lee Shoaf. There was another son Frank Reed Shoaf but not sure if Sexie was his mother. Harry Lee Shoaf and Anna Marie Cox were the parents of Anthony John Shoaf. Would like to see how we are connected! Sincerely, Don Lutes (Monongahela, PA)
