|Ruth Smith||Wilsons at Fairmount Cemetery|
Hello - we have a mystery concerning the Wilsons who are buried at Fairmount and since you left memorial flowers, I was hoping you could help. The Fairmount records (which are on line) have 3 people buried in Old Section C lot 304A and graves 7 and 8.
Arthur Wilson Born 1879 at oak Ridge (according to ancestry) and died Aug. 29, 1928 death certificate #26632 which states he was widowed and his wife was Elvira Wilson. Now here is the problem, Fairmount has two listings:
Ehira - which the death certificate has Elvira - both Arthur's and hers. Born July 2, 1885 (ancestry date) and died Oct. 21, 1921.
Elvor - no date of birth but died March 23, 1921. The tombstone seems to indicate she was his wife.
Isn't this interesting but very confusing? Hope you can help me straighten it out and I will delete one of the memorial pages if you think these two ladies are the same person. Thanks. Ruth

|Melanie Pendleton||Priscilla Dalton Stevens|
Hello, a message for a Priscilla Dalton Stevens in the Shady Grove Cemetery in Benton Co., Missouri. Do you know this person? I am looking for the tombstone of my Uncle's first wife Priscilla (DALTON). She was married to my uncle Dennis Pendleton Feb 14, 1970 and they had a daughter April Dawn Pendleton who was born Nov 1971.
I would appreciate any information you might have to determine if this or is not my aunt.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

I know pretty much family history no one else knows. Regardless of your reasons I find life too short to not accept with thanks any life stories and snippets
My dad and mom will be in my heart forever and they taught me to accept what life gives you.

|JoAnn Dudley||Dick W. Morgan's background|
Dick Morgan buried at Mount Ida, Arkansas was my
grandfather's (John Calvin Morgan)full brother.
Their parents were Calvin William Morgan, born
13 August 1826 in Virginia and died 15 November
1901 near San Augustine, Texas and Nancy Clark0
Oliver (a widow, when they married), who was born
ca. 1831 in Arkansas Co., Arkansas and died ca. 1865 in Texas(possibly Washington County). Most
likely, Dick's and John Calvin's father was serving in the civil war at the time of Nancy's death.
Their father remarried Martha Julia Jones later and they had a large family in Texas. The parents left Arkansas when Dick was a baby and were in Texas by 1860 where my grandfather, John Calvin was born 13 June 1862 in Gonzales County. An interesting twist is that Nancy had two children by her first husband, Tom and Margaret "Maggie"
Oliver. Two of Maggie's sons (named Dodson) married two of the daughters resulting from the 2nd marriage. To simplify, two of the first wife's grandsons married two of the second wife's
daughters (Florence & Alice, who married Jay Dodson). Sorry, I can't recall who Florence married, but was Jay's brother. Maybe this will
clear up some of the questions posed. I have
extensive info on the family, including Nancy's parents, John and Margaret "Peggy" Taylor Clark.
