T A Moore
Hello I am so sorry about the previous post. I'm replying through my phone and it went crazy and posted before I could even really begin to type. It wouldn't allow me to delete it either. Again I'm sorry. I've transferred Mr T A Moore as you have requested. ~ Thanks from a very embarrassed Mary.

Willie Jane (Davis) Collins
I don't know which (Jean or Jane) is her correct middle name. Her death certificate says it is Jean, but her gravestone shows that it's Jane. My guess is Jane is correct so I have changed it on her memorial page.

RE: Strange
You are quite welcome. Let me know if I can help in the future. I photograph whole cemeteries which is a fun hobby, but then I have to correct all memorials with no photo(not fun). I've done several in allendale county. I'm fixing to start a cemetery in Hampton county. Have a blessed day,Wimsang

You've got 4 Strange memorials at Swallow Savannah Cemetery, Allendale County, Allendale,SC.
I just finished surveying and photographing the whole cemetery and no Strange graves were found. I was wondering what your source was to put them there. The reason I'm asking is that I found all 4 of them at Gillette Cemetery in Allendale(according to their death certificates).
Would you please change the burial location from Swallow to Gillette. Also, whatever your source was please correct it also. In the future if you are unsure about where someone is buried just put unknown for the burial. Thank you,Wimsang

William James Kelly
Mary Ann,
I'm going to visit Pleasant Grove Cemetery and a few other sites and would like to know if you happen to know where William James and family lived at the time of his death. I've been told it was near Mt. Magazine. I would also like to know if your account of his "hanging" is correct. Please don't be offended. I talked with one of his Great granddaughters and she remembered talking with his daughter Margaret Ann Kelly. Margaret Ann said he had come home on a visit and was going back to the Union Army camp when he was killed by bushwhackers. There was no mention of the hanging. On a side note it was told that it had snowed and he wasn't found for 3 days. So, just wondering. Thank you for all your work on the Kelly family.

Nancy, daughter of Fielding Carpenter
I am searching for an unknown grandfather. To find him, I'm triangulating with my father's match's trees.

I have found a match at FTDNA who has Nancy Carpenter in her tree. And I have found a match at AncestryDNA who has Rebecca Carpenter in her tree. Rebecca's father and mother are Fielding and Delphia.

I'm wondering if you know the birthdate of Nancy Carpenter?

The Nancy Carpenter in the FTDNA match's tree married William "Billy" Runyon. She lived from 1800-1848 according to their records.

Your help is greatly appreciated! Also, thanks for doing such a great page for Fielding Carpenter! I hope I end up being related to him!

We visited and photographed this grave and I believe the correct name is William S. M. Chandler. Can you change it on the record you have created? I uploaded the picture so you can look and see what you think as well.

I made the transfer of J.C. Tipton to you Mary Ann. Sorry it took me a while to get to this, but really have been busy.

I notice in your bio you are researching the Whitworth name. I also have Whitworth's in my family, so was just wondering.
God Bless,

Larry Haynes
RE: Joseph Tillman Haynes #49026185
Sorry this has taken so long to reply, butdue to several personel reasons all this went to the back burner for awhile.
Joseph Tillman was the son of Abraham Haynes and wife Sarah Tart. Abraham was born in 1780 in N.Carolina to John Haynes and as yet unknown female. If you can get on and look for Frank Haynes and Mary Martin Family Tree ,my sister has lots of data on Joseph Tillman Haynes
