I used a United States Military Academy source for the photo I posted. The DOB and DOD from the source match the dates on Find a Grave. I would say the other photo is incorrect. Thanks for notifying me.

There is no marker for Leroy Beebe in the Memphis National Cemetery. If he is buried there he has a headstone marked "Unknown U. S. Soldier". If you would like I can put a photo of one of those markers on his memorial. Please let me know.
