|jcolleen||RE: Hi again!|
I will let you know! I am lucky....Grandad died when I was 40.....and I was able to visit...he was the second man I fell in love with...Dad being the first...he was so great! I am so sorry that you didn't get to know your grandfathers! I knew all my life that if no one else thought I was perfect....Grandad did!!! (and there were quite a few times that my "perfection" was open for debate!)

Hi again! I did see that you were not the manager of Grandma and A. Saundra, when I buzzed over. It is a cousin of my Grandmother's.....I knew his Grandmother! Anyway, I will probably leave them there for now.....I know I can add photos and info without being a manager of them....but thank you so much for Grandad.....I was his favorite (I just KNOW it!!) and he was mine..I do miss that man! Thanks again for all your help!! Jan

|jcolleen||RE: Your granddad|
Thank you, B.J.! I would love to have Grandad! I was just reading the rules etc....down the road, I think I will ask you for my Grandmother and baby aunt as well...so the whole group could be together..not that they probably care at this date.....but I miss them! They thought I was perfect and the rest of the family is still paying for it! I have been busy.....there is a cemetery that it partially done here, so I have been adding...I love it! It makes me feel like I am making a difference! Thank you again!!! Jan

Thanks to Both of you!
I would had a difficult time finding these
family members. These are my husband's, grandmother's siblings. They moved out here
from Grand Island, Nebraska in the 1930's.

Thank you for the clarification. I am a bit slow
I do have their Parents;
Charles W. Herron d.1945 #107105785
Henrietta Spiker-Herron d.1939 #107105820
They are also buried at Inglewood Park Cemetery
Oh, I did find Gladys Herron-Peach, she passed
in South Carolina. She was cremated an ashes, scattered. What would you suggest I do with
her "find a grave" site?
Thank you, So Much

Thank you for Berland Herron's gravestone photo!
I could not see a close up photo of Jack's gravestone?
They are brothers, if you wouldn't mind linking
Could I request a photo of Jacks wife's headstone, if it was nearby? Her name is Mary H. Neumann-Herron d. March 8, 2003.
Thank you for your consideration

|Charles Beason||RE: Bledsoe memorial photos|
We will be pleased to give you photographer's credit if we use any of your pictures in our museum or archives.
I noticed that Raleigh Bledsoe's stone says he was an "uncle," so his twin brother Ralph must have had at least one child. We are looking for living relatives of "pioneer" families of Forney to invite to a 140 year celebration of the founding of Forney, Texas, on May 23-25, 2014. Feel free to pass along this information if the occasion arises.
Thanks again for your kind assistance.

Sure I'll un-claim it. What time do you want me to do this? So it doesn't get reclaimed. Or do you just want to post your photo?

Thanks for getting out there between the rain drops to document the grave of Leroy A. Parker. This young man had the unfortunate luck of falling off the St. Francis Dam tombstone before it was dynamited in 1929. Appreciate you taking the time to locate and photograph his grave. Take care, Ann

|Charles Beason||Bledsoe memorial photos|
Thank you so very much for submitting the photo of the memorial marker for Raleigh Bledsoe and the photos of the crypts of Ralph Bledsoe and Irene Bledsoe. The Spellman Museum of Forney History in Forney, Texas, is interested in obtaining further information about the Bledsoe family. I have learned that Irene was the mother of Ralph and Raleigh Bledsoe, twin brothers born on Feb. 1, 1919 in Forney, Texas. Their father was Ralph Waldo Emerson Bledsoe, a physician, and both Ralph and Raleigh were physicians. R.W.E. Bledsoe, the father, practiced in Forney for a while before moving to California. He died in 1942 and is buried in Tyler, Texas. Obituaries for any of these good folks would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.

Thank you so much for your efforts. This has helped me because her husband can be traced to Arkansas. He lived and died in California and was buried in Arkansas by his family. It's not conclusive yet but it is part of the puzzle. This was my first experience with Find A Grave. My Mother is 82 years old and has always kept a photo album of headstones. It seemed strange years ago but I am blessed she did. Thank you and others who give their time and effort.

I did some checking with family members and found a newspaper clipping that stated Myrtle was buried at:
Mountain View Cemetery
San Bernardino County
I have removed the first request and added the new site location in another request.
Thank you for your help.

|Kathleen Hill||RE: Hi, Neighbor!|
Thank you. And thank you for your prompt attention to my SAC.
I actually just added a family photo on Urie Bearden's wife, Mae Bearden's memorial that shows her with Urie and their 3 boys. I have a lovely photo of a younger Mae that I have to get scanned into my computer.
FYI they are buried in a Hayes-Bearden Plot that actually is supposed to have a total of 9 or maybe 10 family members - including Mae's mother. Most of them don't yet have memorials. I'm hoping to add memorials for them.
I live in Redondo Beach. I want to go take photos of these other tombstones but I'm disabled and trying to get one of my kids to take me to the cemetery.
Urie and Mae were my great aunt and uncle but I spent the first 2 years of my life living with them and they have a special place in my heart.
