Thank you for the flowers for Grandma Franklin! Very nice. She was one feisty, unique lady and many of her interesting quotes/sayings have been passed down. It starts like this: " Like Grandma Franklin used to say . . . " and it gets interesting and funny from there. We never tire of it. Thank you so sweetly, Nancy --proud to be her GG Granddaughter.

I really think they are two different people. I'm not absolutely certain though. I know that isn't much help. Sorry.

Thank you , I will take a look, just never know, hey? There is a book written on the Cantrells; unfortunately the author was a wee bit over ambitious and tried hard to make facts where there were none. I am searching for Isaac Cantrell(died abt 1826) father of Malinda Cantrell Forrest. Way to many Isaacs'. Again thank you so much for the response.

Thank you so very, very much for linking Glenda with her mother. I had been searching for many years to locate my Aunt and to see two of her daughters beside her. Evelyn was my mom's baby sister - a family of 7 girls and 1 boy. Of course, marriage took the girls to all parts of the country and now I have located all of them, and to link them to our grandparents. Thank you again.

I just went to the Find a Grave for Mary Thomley Hartley and found your wonderful picture labeling the grave sites. Thank you so much for taking the extra time to do this. You went beyond what most volunteers would do and I want you to know how much it meant to me to see it.

I saw you posted the tombstone photo for Grace Elizabeth (nee Schuler) Entrekin. Are you related?
Grace is my paternal first cousin-thrice removed. If you are related, I would be only too happy to share my family tree at Ancestry with you. It's chock full of Schulers, all the way back to the 1710s.

|Thomas Ladner||Re: Butman Cemetery|
Just a quick note! I'll be disconnected from the Internet at Home. Most of the day/afternoon/evening. I have a Genealogical Presentation at the Bay City, Genealogical Society group and probally won't get things back reconnected sometime on Thursday.
Also! (our) Gladwin County Library Director on Thursday will be doing a Presentation on Gladwin County Veterans Nov. 14th at the Gladwin County Museum at night. Next to the Peppermill Restaurant. In case your interested?
Note: I will continue with the Memorial of: Tammie Jo "Jameson" Oldenburg as soon things get back to normal.

|Thomas Ladner||Re: Butman Cemetery|
Okay! I'll use the Edit... Note: Most of all the Butman memorial upto the Calkins surname now has Gladwin County Record Obituaries... I'm trying to do some linking them up as well. The Brown's really has improved.
Once I get thru the initial run thru of the 700 some memorials along with all your Headstone pics. It's going to be nice!
I also found a couple additional Butman burials in the Gladwin County Record and added them on.
Wasn't sure! using each memorial Edit would be too much. Didn't want to load up your Inbox. :)
Thanks for touching base with me...
