RE: John Camp photos
To the right of John Camp Jr is the gravestone of another Child - Caroline Doolittle.

I did not see her entered into F A G.

Tomorrow I am going up to Plot 26 again and will take a picture of it for you.

Best regards,

Memorial Deletion
You said memorial I had transferred will be deleted. I have no problem with that. Thank you for letting me know. Majority of my memorials are no relation. The only time it is irritating is when my memorial has a large amount of biographical information and the owner of the older memorial fails to update theirs - possibly because they no longer participate in find a grave. Perhaps they died. Who knows. That is, at times, the failure incurred by preferring the older memorials to the newer ones.

Edwin Camp Photo Request
Sorry to inform you that there are no markers in Greenlawn Cemetery for Edwin or his family. Edwin is my 2nd great grand father and I have searched this cemetery many times. The Greene Township Trustee has a map of the cemetery which shows the plots he bought when they opened the cemetery. There are no markers on these plots. I believe Edwin, his wife Susan (Lowery), Son William Ellis and his wife Mary (Daily) may be buried in these plots. Also his daughter, Amanda Jane Camp Cole/Mansfield is buried at Greenlawn. She may be buried in the Camp Plot or with her first husband, Owen Perry Cole. Owen and Amanda have no markers either, although their son, James Otto Cole, does have a marker located on the plot bought by O. P. Cole.
Hope this helps you research.

Charles Camp
Hello! I am about to fulfill your photo request but unfortunately, it is a photo of the area, only. His grave is unmarked. I put a little flag in the spot where his grave is.

I am always disappointed when this happens, and it happened to me several times over the weekend.

I am sorry this was not a more favorable outcome.

Best regards,

Hello Jim,
I pulled up his memorial and discovered I had accidentally created a duplicate. I had to delete the memorial. There is one for him and his wife remaining in the cemetery. Sorry.

Camps in Graceland Chicago
I contacted the cemetery staff by email and got the following response:
"Dorothy and Sadie H Camp are buried in Section "I" Lot 113 . Dorothy is in Grave # 5 and appears to be the only one in the lot with a headstone. Sarah, death 1/28/1904 at the age of 38 years, 10 months , 18 days is buried in Grave # 6. The nickname for Sarah is Sadie as she is listed in our records. Dorothy was 7 years, 5 months at death 11/14/1901."
I checked the lot, but see no sign of markers there in spite of what they wrote. Maybe the info provided will be of interest. Regards, Bob Lerch

RE: Glockner, Mary Jane @ Fairmount
Hi Jim, thank you for your wonderful note of the above. Makes me feel good when a family as made a connection with one of the memorials I have listed. Question: Is there anywhere I can reference the change in her name, as the headstone, you mentioned, is in error. Be happy to do that for you, I also, added her maiden name, CAMP. Also: there is a Albert B. Glockner, should he be linked to Clyde or Mary Jane? I can do that also if we know the connection.
Until then,
Your find a grave friend,

RE: Rev George L Camp
Hello, I have other Camps on the same stone as George L. Camp. These would have been his children. If you're interested I can send the photos of the stones to you and you can review them to see if the are your family. Actually there's quite a few photos. Just let me know.

Mayme Camp Maple Park Cemetery
You sent me this correction. BUT the information I have may indicate there is another Mayme Camp and not this one that you may know about.

I have updated her memorial and placed the location of her grave site on it. My source for her is the MO. Greene County Cemeteries, Maple Park Cem. page 38 of this two volume set.
