|Jan Fenter||Ruth Naomi Hill Howie, 147712877|
I'm doing a photo project in the mausoleum at Lincoln Memorial Park, Portland, Oregon. I found the crypt for Ruth N. Howie, 1876-1960, and believe she is the same person as Ruth Naomi Howie for whom you created a memorial page, and marked the burial location as unknown. The birth year is off by 1 year. The plot location is: Mausoleum, Dahlia Corridor crypt 55.
The funeral notice, in The Oregonian newspaper, 27 September 1960, showed Ruth was the mother of Howard R. Howie, and said services were at Lincoln Memorial Chapel, with vault entombment. I've added two photos to your memorial. If you don't like the photos, or don't want them on your memorial page, please contact me and I'll remove them.

|David Hunsberger||Coyner family|
Thanks for your edits to the Coyner family memorials... I accepted all but the one where you spelled Phillips with one "l". I also changed your edit to the death date for Herbert Coyner by one day to match his death certificate... You sent Nov 21 but the death certificate reads Nov 22. Finally, regarding your comment on the name Mowery, I note that the prior generations you cited as the source of that name used the spelling Mowry, so I added a few words to that effect after your comments, which I added to the Herbert Coyner memorial.
More edits are welcome if you have additional information for these memorials or any others I have created. If you are working on the Coyner family genealogy I will be glad to transfer all these Coyner memorials to you -- just let me know. - David H.

Would you please remove the obituary newspaper clipping for Ellen Merrill from the photo section, transcribing the article, then posting to her biography section? Only photographs are supposed to be added there. Thank you for your corporation.

Thanks Marshall. I added it. I should have done it a long time ago, when it was turned over to me. Rosa was my great grandmother. Paul Isaias and Modeste were my great great grandparents. Are you related to this line? Thanks again for suggesting the update. Dalene

|Scott G||Ygnacio del Valle|
Ygnacio R. del Valle (1870-1930) was not a grandson. His death certificate on 02/26/1930 clearly lists his parents as Ygnacio R. del Valle and Ysabel Varela. I found the Ygnacio born in 1859, and have added his memorial# 161885591

Mr. Lloyd, in the listing for Sarah Mullen, died 1873, buried Spring Grove Cemetery, Cincinnati, Ohio, you state that she died of cholera and attach what appears to be a death record which lists that as her cause of death. She died in Covington and I am trying to compile a list of people who died in Covington in the 1873 epidemic. So my question is, where did you get the (looks like a card) item that states the cause of death?

|brown3oaks||Brown and Fletcher records|
Thank you for creating records for John Milton Brown, Benjamin Mickle Brown and M Abby Fletcher. John was my great grandfather, Abby was his sister-in-law and Benjamin was his son, my grandfather. I have been having great difficulty finding other records for the Brown and Fletcher families. John's wife Cordelia Jane was born in Northfield, Maine and died in Cleveland in 1925 (I have her death certificate). It lists her parents as Nathan and Elizabeth Kates Fletcher, but I believe her mother was Louisa based on Census records. I found "Cates" cemetery in Northfield but can't find birth cert. I believe Nathan is buried in Minneapolis, MN near where the family lived in 1857-1860 (MN & US Census). Any help you could provide would be appreciated.

Sorry for all the confusion. Fannie Dabney was my great grandmother's sister. Her name was Nancy Elizabeth Shaw or Nannie as the family knew her. I have more on this line if you are interested or I can give you my ggrandmother's number on here to connect them if you would like.

I actually didn't realize there were two memorials to him. I updated the one w/ the most info and then deleted the second one which must be:
it's not available at Find-A-Grave anymore.

Absolutely! Sorry about the duplicate, it's deleted. I find and "clean" headstones and my husband takes the pictures. He'll put the picture on your entry within a few days.
Funny thing is that we are on vacation and were at this cemetery today. Thanks.
