Bryan Jack
I read your note about Bryan, and decided to research him a bit. I wrote a short bio and asked the memorial owner to submit him as a "Famous" profile. I see the bio has been added.

Wizard of Oz
One of my favorite memories as a child was when the Wizard of Oz came on it's one time a year. We all sat around as a family and watched it. Those were good times. When I get time I hope to continue adding actors to the Wizard of Oz virtual cemetery.

Rich Vance
for remembering my father Harold Vance with a token on his angel day.

I was able to be there in person this year with my two sisters, one of my brothers and our Mom. We took your good wishes with us. ^_^

Cheers, Rich

Thank you!
Thanks, Robert - not just for the many flowers you leave for my family, but for taking the time to read their memorials and leave personal notes or special flowers, such as the cross for the Sunday School teacher and the train for the railroader. Thanks also for the work that you do to remember our veterans. I appreciate the very informative notes that you include describing your virtual cemeteries. Instead of just names and dates, our memorials should be tributes to those individuals. Just want you to know that your work on this site is very much appreciated.

RE: Jim Chandler
Robert I will gladly manage his memorial. I am working with the actual cemetery association and I have a database of over 7,100 Antioch burials and their extended families in my family tree maker program. I am attaching other family to burials and adding section and plot numbers also. My number is #47860951.

No, thank YOU, Robert!! Please don't laugh or think I'm flippy but if I could hug you right now and just sob until I couldn't go any further, I would!! Your message just touched me so deeply that I haven't felt this good in days!!! So many people don't "get" it. Thank you for helping my heart mend. I appreciate it more than you'll ever know! Take care and have a good week! Linda

Well, thank you so much for your sweet words. You know you are much more than just a find a grave friend. You have become a friend for life and we appreciate your friendship more than you will ever know. It was our pleasure to "dig" for you. Such satisfaction when we "found" the evidence!! Knowing that my brother knew your family members makes it even more special.

Gary Wills
Robert, thank you for letting me know about Gary. I have not been on this site as much as usual and had not realized he passed. He was a very nice and helpful find a grave friend. He will be missed. Also taking this time to tell you how much your friendship means to us. We have had a lot of fun "digging" through these East Texas Cemeteries with you. I so appreciate all the tokens you have left for my relatives and friends and for sponsoring one of my relative's sites. For all of this and more, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Please stay in touch.

Gary Wills
Hi Robert -

Many thanks for providing me more (and better) information on Gary. I've updated his memorial page. He's been a great friend in F.A.G. even though I've never met him. When he stopped emailing me last winter, I felt he was in trouble. He's helped a lot with Rose Hill Cemetery here in Tyler
. I wish I knew where he is buried, but I'm leaning to cremation.

Thanks again.

Thank you
Dear friend Robert,
Thank you for the beautiful birthday token and message for Daddy. Daddy was always taking us to special events, the rodeos, car, boat, and RV shows, and lots of other places.
That is so cool about your Buddy Holly tie tac.
There is a picture of the Spruce Goose on Jan's web site.
Take care and God bless.

Thank you
Dear Robert,
Thank you so very much for visiting Daddy, and for the get well wishes. That is cool about your wife's Aunt. I have been a fan of Jan and Dean since I was 3 years old. I told Daddy that I was born in the wrong era. Jan and Dean's music is fun and happy. What is your favorite song ? Mine is "We Go Together". I think I wore that 45 out.
Take care and God bless.

Love the subject line! You are quite welcome to the token. I just added it to Gary Hoats' memorial this morning. It's from a postcard from Arlington Cemetery. Glad you like it.

Grace Hopper
I see that you created the memorial for my hero, Grace Hopper - Thank You! I was honored to meet her at a computer conference in 1980 and had my picture taken with her. I still have the "nanosecond" she gave me - a piece of wire cut to the length that light can travel in one nanosecond.
