|Wendy McIntosh||Carson Hill Cemetery|
There is a volunteer who has made hundreds of duplicate memorials in Carson Hill Cemetery. Some of them are of yours. I have asked her (Ollie Ford) to remove about 30 of mine.

Yes, you do, you always have the right words. And oh yes, David would have loved nothing better than to sit and talk and share a pot of coffee with you. He had some stories to tell and you would have enjoyed them! Quite a diversified life he led and I think I can say he died in perfect peace with the world, just didn't get all the loose ends tied up that he tried so hard to accomplish and we didn't have near enough time together. You never do when you are happy and enjoy each other's company like we did. Thank you again for your tribute to him and to us. It means the world to me. You are a friend for life. Elaine

|Carla Warren||Joseph T and Mary Fowler Warren|
Joseph and his wife are not buried at Magnolia Park they are at Magnolia Hill Cemetery. They happen to be my great grandparents. I appreciate the posts but there is already a listing for them at Magnolia Hill in Texas. I am trying to submit the links to his parents to catch those sites up. Magnolia Hill is somewhat of a family cemetery. Joseph, his wife, my grandfather, and some of his siblings are all buried there.

Thank you Robert, your note brings great peace and love to my heart. You are very special to David and me and we loved everything we accomplished together. Still counting on you as a special friend and I will probably become more active again on f.a.g. after a while. I will never give it up. David and I enjoyed it too much. A lot of that enjoyment was thanks to you.
Friends forever, Elaine

|Richard Dowdy||Don Meredith Grave Marker|
Enjoyed looking at some of the sites you created. Very nice work. Out of curiosity I noticed Don Merdith is buried next to his parents yet there is no grave marker pic. Even on Ancestry no signs of a marker. Does he not have one?

|Patty Valentino||RE: Glory Road|
Thank you so very much Robert. I know I can always count on you....you're so reliable, and knowledgeable (sp?). Your message was absolutely perfect.
Since I'll be going to my daughter's house for the upcoming holiday [and then some] I hope you and your family have a very safe and Happy Thanksgiving.

|Patty Valentino||Robert, could you.....|
....please place a Silver Star Medal back on Sgt. Jesus Duran's site, again. It is very helpful [to me, anyway] when you put the name of the Medal with it, so I know which one it is. [like you did today with Sgt. Manno]
Also, when you get a chance, could you please
leave the link for Sgt. Duran, back on my messages, so others can click on to it. Thank you.
Also....this is very sad news that he was a homicide victim [like other veterans...]
My computer is starting to freeze up, so it's time to go until later.
Thank you, and have a great day, and a happy weekend.

|Patty Valentino||RE: Work your magic|
Robert, I have taken care of your request on visiting SP4 Duran, and it was my honor and pleasure to do so. Could you please tell me what the MOH looks like? Is it the light blue ribbon medal? And what exactly does the Silver Star medal look like? And can this Hero get a Purple Heart medal? Thanks for your help.
Have a great evening.

|William Gorman||Mary Almedia Reynolds Ratcliff|
Thanks for adding my bio information to her memorial. Although she was my grandmother's first cousin, we all had large families in those days and I guess it was almost impossible to keep up personally with all the cousins when sending letters through the US Mail was about the only option. I appreciate the transfer offer, however, you are doing a great job and I see very little likelyhood that I would come up with any more information on her. So far, I have been unable to locate the graves of either of her husbands.

|Traci's Mom||Token you left for Traci Fields|
Robert, thank you very much for the token you left for my angel daughter Traci. She was a wonderful gift from GOD, and she's in my heart and mind every single day. Her passing has left major holes in the hearts of her family and friends.
I appreciate you helping to reach my goal of 5,000 tokens by her birthday, November 20th.
I'm thankful and blessed for your kindness. GOD bless you for your heavenly heart.
I am so overwhelmed with all the findagrave friends requesting flowers/tokens for my Traci. Thank you ever so much!
Sharon (Traci's mom)
UPDATE: I just check Traci's memorial and she has a total of 5,134 flowers. You have helped go well beyond my goal.
GOD bless you.

Ina Maywald Fowler is my 1st cousin twice removed, so that means we are "related" by marriage. Hi new related by marriage cousin.

|Melaney Moore-Dodson||Ina Elizabeth Maywald Fowler|
Thank you so much for correcting the memorial for Ina. You and I must be related by marriage... I am a Maywald descendant and am working on a book on the Maywald Family of Texas & Descendants. Since you have the last name Fowler (by the way that was my father's middle name and the name he went by), you must be related to the Fowler side. Nice to "meet" you and thank you for the update. Please email me... my email is listed on my Find A Grave page.

Thank you for your kind words. You found my dad. He was a true warrior.
It pleases me that you want to include him in your weekly ritual. Please feel free to do so.
Is there a memorial for your father?

|wings214||RE: Richard Brown Sponsorship|
You are very welcome. I cannot take credit for the photos. Dawn Iannone is the person responsible for them.
I know about the delays in awarding medals. My father was KIA in Korea and was nominated for the CMH. It was a volunteer mission, but someone up the line decided the mission was not important enough; therefore, he was awarded a gold star in lieu of a second Navy Cross. I still have the letter sent to my mother. It was presented to my 10 month old brother who was born after Dad was killed.
