Bio

As many others here, I have been bitten by the genealogy bug, which brought me here in the first place. If I have posted information or photos you are interested in, please feel free to copy and use them to remember our loved ones. I would ask you note me as a source only so other's may also find me.

Surnames I am researching are Chamberlin fr England-VT & NY-IL-MI-SD, Cunningham, Butterfield, Padgett, Strange, Johnson and Seal, in IN, IL, MI, MN, and SD primarily and related Indiana families and Maryland League. For those not familiar with the MD League, there were about 30+ Catholic families that made a pact to move from MD to KY. Many later moved to IN as did my family.

Fallon Ireland-NY-OH-MN & WA.

Philby/Filby England-NY-PA-IA & WA.

O'Sullivan family from Bere Island, West Cork Ireland -NJ and MA and other points near and far.

Brennan and Walsh and related families of Ireland -Springfield and Chicago, IL. I can help with those that moved to CA.

AND: Jackson, Ross, Traywick, Whittle, Williams, Stegall, Helms, Griffin, Morgan & their connections such as Austin, Little, Staton, Maness, Caudle, Coburn, mostly in NC, but some crossed that line into SC. And as you know, the names keep growing :)

Thanks to those that have made my journey easier by posting their families. I would love to connect and compare.

In particular, I have many unidentified photos from NC and SC that I would like to put names to, so PLEASE contact me if you are a Ross/Whittle/Foley/Williams/Helms/Griffin/Morgan descendent as I may have photos to share and you can help me name.

I am still gloomy after losing my beloved a href="http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=112952687"Harley/a

Well, I have lost my constant companion Jesse who can now run free with my husband and Harley... It's so quiet now...

I am happy to help if I can and excited for anything shared. ~Blessings, Lisa
