I am so impressed with the concept behind Find A Grave. I believe that all individuals deserve to have their final resting place remembered and memorialized.

I have added memorials to this site for persons that I am in no way related. If you are, please request a transfer. Family transfer request are a huge encouragement to me. I feel like I have helped another family find their loved one. Memorials that have never been claimed by family or friends make me sad.

Thank you to all of those contributors out there that have helped me by memorializing my family members. You have honored them and I appreciate it!

I believe that individuals should be memorialized and that most of them would like to be remembered with their family. It is one of my goals to link as many family members together as possible. Family links have saved me a lot of time and helped me find family members that didn't know ever existed. When I add a family, I feel like I have honored not only the individual but the whole family.

Let's help the next family member or researcher that visits a memorial by adding all the family links that we know. When family members are not linked, it makes the next person do the research all over again. Also, if we have the information, let's use it before it is forgotten.

I also believe that family links make this site easier to use. The easier it is to use, the more it will be used and the better it will get.
