RE: Memorial# 132606385 - Winthrop Arnold
Hi Lewis, Hey, good luck with your continued search for the burial of William Arnold and of his son Jackson Arnold. They are there - somewhere. A guess this calls for a walking tour of the local cemeteries on your part.

RE: Richard Clark, b. 6/20/1659
Thanks Lewis for the corrected info on Richard's parents; I've submitted an edit to the memorial's manager to link him with Richard & Mary {Wedgewood} Clark.

I noticed you had Mary Wedgewood's death year as 1677.....all of my records indicate she died in 1732. If the 1677 year is correct, then she would not be the mother of the 4 sons, i.e. Richard, Caleb, Stephen, & Joshua since they were all born in the 1690s. Let me know your thoughts on this.....perhaps she was not their mother & our Richard remarried to someone else??

Hope you & your family are doing well! Stay in touch & let us know if you find any other info!

Thanks again, Julie & Jerry Clark

Hi Lewis! We are third cousins!! My mom Suzanne (Curtis) Carter said she enjoyed meeting you and that you are definitely a family member to reach out to for "All things Curtis" (I am also hoping McClellan!)
I will send you an email with my email, if you would like to keep in touch or share info! I just really started getting in to tracking the family history and geneaology.

Thanks!
Cousin Lewis,

Thank you for all of the pictures you have added. I'm doing the Clark/Coolidge ancestry on Ancestry.com, so it will be nice to be able to upload some pictures. I was having trouble getting started since I didn't have birth or death dates for reference.

If you see this message, I hope it finds you doing well.

Fondly,

Cousin Heidi (Clark) McIntyre

RE: John T. & Eliza C. (Godfrey) Freeman
John T. Freeman is buried in Seaview Cemtery. His death record gives his place of burial as Jameson Point Cemetery which later became known as Seaview Cemetery. I would assume his wife is there also. Do yo have a date of death for her?

How sweet of you for your kind words about an "upset"! We arrived in Boise abt 2 hrs ago......brought our 5th wheel down so we're staying in an RV park. Boise State Univ has a very mature/experienced team.....as of today they're favored by 12.....BUT we always have hope for the upset! Our son Jimmy Lake coaches the UW Husky defensive backs; game is nationally telecast on ESPN at 7:15 pm Pacific time tomorrow night......if you're watching, we'll be in the small PURPLE section....lol....Jimmy's twin Jayson lives in Tampa FL so he's prepared for very late game watching!

I don't have access to my database here but I'll check on your question about yours & Jerry's exact relationship when I get home next week.....I know you're cousins but not sure of the exact status!

Just transferred both of them to you.....we're now in Boise ID......wearing our UW Husky gear with pride....reality is we're expected to lose by 12 (due our team's youth/lack of experience) but we're hoping for the major upset! Very nice to connect with you.....you & Jerry are cousins:)) Take care & if there's ever anything we can do for you in our area (Pacific NW & Western Canada), don't hesitate to ask! Julie

RE: Photo of Frank Lewis
Hello Lewis! What a lovely picture of Frank! Thanks so much for posting it:) We had no pictures of him at all. We'd be happy to transfer his memorial to you - he's Jerry's distant cousin but sounds like he's a closer relative to you:) Just let me (this is Julie) know either via this public message or our personal email:

juliejerryclark@gmail.com

We're off to Boise, Idaho for a football game (son Jimmy coaches for Univ of WA) so have to run here....let me know if you'd like the transfer! And thanks again:) Julie

I'd say to ask them at Findagrave what to do about someone who won't respond. Perhaps they have passed away themselves.

Lewis,
Caroline is the mother-in-law of my great grand uncle, Charles Samuel Foster. I wish I knew where all the descendants are buried.

Hello! I am planning a trip to Quebec this early fall. I will keep you in mind as I visit the Dunham cemetery. It is a very old cemetery and I know where the Clarks are located. I plan on taking pictures of all the Clark stones.

RE: John Curtis 1710 to 1800
Hello Lewis,

There are many reasons someone creates a site. I personally am trying to document the small csemteries in my area, I also am documenting my family. I will also add stone I find interesting when I am out trying to fill a "Find a Grave" request. Whatever the reason, the rules of the site state whoever creates the site first is the owner of the site.

I have asked for transfer of the management of sites, I have also received requests for transfers. In all cases I have found the community very willing to help others and all transfers were made.

I would suggest you send the ower of the site a request for tranfer and/or a suggestion to add the additional information you want to add. Wait a few weeks and see what happens, if nothing the remake the request. Quite a few people work on "Find a Grave" intermittingly, or may be on vacation or otherwise indisposed.

If after a few months of no response, then you may want to contact "Find a Grave" management about the changes you would like to make.

Regards, Bill
