I have lived in Massachusetts for all my life (so far), except for college - in Newton for about 20 years, and Newburyport for just over 45 years.

I am relatively new at taking gravestone pictures but I'm getting the hang of it.

I have a family tree on Ancestry.Com which led me to Find A Grave. It has helped me locate relatives and information on the stones helps greatly in determining if someone is really related.

I try to respect the rules of F-A-G but from time time time I will post an image of an obituary, especially if I don't have the time to transcribe it and it has names of a spouse, children, siblings, etc. Please forgive me for that.

I believe that this site was meant to share information as ell as photos, so feel free to copy anything I have posted here. Sharing our research is the only way we have of communicating to those we don't even know exist.
