The parents you have on Whitley's memorial should be listed on his wife's memorial. She is Lillie Viola Parker Tabor #107231933.

Sorry - I meant to ask on my last message before I clicked send - how do you fit in with the Kessingers/Kissingers?
I've been working on a few of those myself. My grandmother was a Kessinger and I have 5 generations of my family in the Kessinger Family Cemetery in Camp Creek WV.

|KATHY||RE: Deborah "Debbie" Hinton Allen (#99966727)|
Good evening Brittany. I received your message regarding Mrs. Allen's possible gravesite. I apologize if it seems like I gave you a "bum steer", so-to-speak.
I did a little more searching in the Find A Grave cemetery database, and the one that most closely matches the cemetery mentioned in the link I sent you is this one .....
Allen Green Cemetery
Here are two more listed on the same database page that I pulled up (these are not as close a match as the one mentioned above, however) .....
Allen Broyles Cemetery
I thank you ma'am for your time, and I hope you have a great rest-of-the-week.

|Keith Meadows||Queen Elizabeth White Meadows Kinney|
I sent through a link for a memorial you had as Elizabeth Meadows Kinney. I put her belated birth certificate on her memorial as I didn't think anyone would buy the name.....
You want to leave her name as Elizabeth and change the maiden name to White Meadows and leave the last name as Kinney and then just put a note in the bio about the full name....
She was actually married at least two more times. There's a marriage record out there where she married a Robert McClelland at age 21 and there she was listed as divorced.
So the name is really Queen Elizabeth White ??? McClelland Meadows Kinney
Thanks for your help!!

Thanks for reply. No Hurry . I'm almost positive it's her . All my research says it's her and the names are so close Evin / Edwin and Elithia / Alithia as parents and that she married a J. McCreery . Right time and place . Have a good day .

Hello my name is Robert C. Patterson and am tracing family history. I think this is a relative of mine but need some information . I'm looking for a Maria Prince McCreery whose parents are Edwin and Alethia Prince and she married a J. McCreery . I have a strong feeling it's her . Where did you find the names of her parents and the spelling ? If it is my relative I would like to request a transfer for I'm tracing family for a grandmother as her final wish from me . Our McCreery Clan came from Hinton and Beckley , West Virginia . I just didn't want to create two pages for the same person . I have a lot of family info and access to some Pictures. Thanks for your time Robert C. Patterson.

I know what you mean, the same thing happens to me when I use my phone for pictures. I always open them up in Paint then Select All then Save. That's the easiest way I've found to do it with phone pics.

Sorry about the number in the middle of your name. I did a copy/paste of Willard's memorial number and I thought I put it in the body of the message and when it didn't appear I copy/pasted again. Now I see where it went the first time!!!

Thanks for her headstone picture. Can you also load it to her spouse as well, Willard #94826509?
Also, I received an email that you fulfilled my request for a picture of Edna Farley but when I look on her memorial there isn't anything there. Did you happen to get one of hers as well?

Thanks for getting back to me. The death certificate is typed. I think it is probably a mistake that Alice was entered instead of Susan. Since all else is correct. I am going to accept that as being the case.

Hi Brittany, I enjoyed reading your bio and I have a question. I am a little confused about Lona Jane Hedrick Pitzer. There are birth, marriage and death records that don't make a lot of sense. These records are all on the West Virginia Culture Web site. The birth record has her name a Laura J Hedrick - parents Matthew A and Susan F Hedrick. Marriage record has her name Lona J Hedrick groom Frank H Pitzer and parents names M.A. and S.F. Hedrick. and her death record has her name Lona Jane Pitzer. Father Mathew A Hedrick and Mother Alice Allen. Informant is Frank H Pitzer. I found a marriage record for Matthew A Hedrick and Susan Frances Smith but not for Matthew A Hedrick and Alice Allen. Could Matthew have been married twice?

Brittany, I really appreciate your photo of the gravestone for George M. Hedrick and his wife Lizzie (Oak Grove Cemetery in Summers Co., WV)! I was hoping the stone would clear up the matter of which was his true date of birth (I've found several), but it turns out that the dates inscribed for him on the stone don't even match his death certificate...even his year of death is different from the certificate!
Many thanks for taking time to photograph their stone!

|Judi Kowalski||Thank you for the photos|
I appreciate your valiant effort in taking the headstone photo for the Coiners. It must have been maddening to find the beautiful styrofoam cross with the blue and white adornments in front of the very headstone you wished to photograph for me. Had it been my photo to take, I would surely have temporarily dislodged (if possible) the cross, taken my photo and gingerly replaced the cross before leaving the grave site. I wish I didn't feel the need to say that I'm disappointed that all I can read from the angle of the picture is the surname "Coiner." The individual names, dates of birth (or years) and dates of death (or years) aren't possible for me to discern no matter how much I might try. Thanks again for your effort! Judi
