RE: Your request for Frankie Campbell
Frank,
Rather than get involved between the two creators, I just moved the photo I had taken to the Frankie Campbell memorial page .... as you did with the boxing photo.

Your request for Frankie Campbell
I took a photo of his headstone on 04-15-2013 and uploaded it the memorial page "Frank Camilli" per the request at the time. Even with an alias, I believe there should only be one memorial page ... it's up to you and the other creator to agree on which one. Let me know & I can transfer that photo to the one you created (with Frankie's boxing picture).

Thanks so much for your kind words. She is my great-grandmother. She passed away before I was born, so I am very lucky to have the chance to see and hear her in the movies (even if she is faking a heavy accent!). I will put up some photos soon.

Thanks for bringing the birth date discrepancy to my attention!

I am sure of the exact date. Findagrave is correct and IMDB is wrong. I will get it fixed over there.

RE: Tom Ricketts
Hello Frank, you might try contacting the cemetery to get an exact location of his unmarked crypt (the Colonnade has only cremains) and any documentation they could provide. Still, being an unmarked crypt, it might prove impossible to photograph - you might end up with a photo of a blank spot on a plaque. Check out Elmo Lincoln's memorial page - it shows the two kinds of crypts in the Colonnade: urns and the plaques. Also it wouldn't hurt to contact TLS to see if he might be of help. Sorry I can't be of more help but feel free to contact me if you can get an exact location, I'll check it out and let you know what I find.

Tom Ricketts
Findagrave member TLS created Tom
Ricketts memorial page and states that his grave/crypt is unmarked. TLS has written the book "Stars of Hollywood Forever" and has spent 20 years researching HF.

My Mom
Dear Frank - Could you please visit the new page for my mother, Anna Jean Poynter, when you get a moment? You can link right to it but clicking the link that I have highlighted on my profile page. Mom was so certain that she would be somewhat forgotten in the glare of the 24/7 carnival that sums up my father's life, and I know she'd be both surprised and pleased to see that she has already had so many visitors in just a few days. I hope that all is well, and I promise to eventually be back online soon - Hugs, RCP and Gannon Blue

Hi Frank!
Thank you, very kindly, for visiting my Son's memorial, for the cute token, and beautiful sympathy words you wrote. May God bless and protect your son, and may he spare you and your family from going through the pain my family and I have gone endured. Although his memorial is quite long, I didn't write nearly everything about David. Yet, It really moved me that you understood the potential in my son. He was, among other things, an inventor, a writer, and wanted to become a nurse. He felt that male nurses were very much needed in hospitals, yet there were not nearly enough of them. He was so busy receiving out training out of town for his promotions at work, he was also building a relationship with a new girl, and then came his illness. A lot was going on in his life, thus he wasn't able to make it to nursing school. All he wanted to do was to help people.

I don't know if I'll ever get over losing my wonderful son, but I hope one day I can learn to live with this. It's been tough on me, since I've lost all the elders in my family; my parents, godmother, uncles and aunts. Thus, I've had to deal with this loss and sorrow basically on my own. Again, Frank, thanks so much for your kind and caring words. I hope you don't mind, but I've added you to my friend's list. I'll be visiting the wonderful people you mention on your page. May God bless your family and have a great day!

Actor Robin Hughes
Hi, Frank - Thank You so much for stopping at Robin's page for his birthday! And I love the token - I have always felt that Robin was so overlooked regarding his acting talent; I think that he was almost shuffed into a corner because of all the British actors around during his time in the industry...and it always bugs me, because he was a Welsh actor, just like Richard Burton, and not the all sweeping description, a Brit. You can tell that I have Welsh ties, and want to give credit where it's due, ey? ha! Anyhow, Thanks again, and I am just getting back online after time off re illness, will try to get to some of your pages as return gratitude. Best to you and yours - RCP and Gannon Blue

RE: Italian decent
Thanks for the come back. You sound like a great person to know. Everything you said made sense to me, right on. There are not many Italian-American's here in Seattle. Could be many reasons. I am just happy and fortunate to have my grandparents relatively clean genes...I am the youngest of my family on both sides, so I caught the tail end of some of those old fashioned genes. Take care, best to you! Mario Ragucci

Italian decent
I like the way you indicate you are of "Italian Decent" when you left a token to my grandmothrs grave. I am 50% Italian, meaning, both my grandparents on my fathers side came from Italy. But some folks look to label or define you based on your look or name. People think I am from Italy. I'm proud American as were my parents, but folks still say I'm Italian. When i was in Europe, I mention to some people there I am Italian. They quickly point out I am not Italian, but American. Many Americans don't know what AMerican is. This will be a problem as time marches on.

My Dad
Frank,

Thank you for leaving the nice message on my father's memorial. I really appreciate it. It sounds like we share some things in common; WWII aircraft, nature, things military and principled men of character.

Thanks again.
