|Robert Shannon||Frew memorial stones|
You posted a picture of the stone of Wm. Gnomic Frew, but there appears to be the large memorial with small markers in front of it. Is the photo W. fN. Free from one of those, and if so,
do you have photos of the rest of the stones?
My Gr,Gr grandmother was Margaret Frew of this family of Frews, I am sure, because of the middle name which was given to Margaret Frew's grandson, James Nimick Shannon. Margaret was the wife of Wm. T. Shannon. I am still trying to find a direct, indisputable link to Samuel Frew, Wm's father

Wow! Thank you for letting me know. I have fixed it. That was a group of 1000 photos I was making memorials for - went a little brain dead now and then.

|Bob Todd||John and Mary Catherine Tod Hood|
Anne, Is there a alphabetize Listing of the burials on Union Dale Cemetery or the cemeteries on Northside Pittsburgh? I've been unable to find this couples burial site. John died in 1896. Mary died between 1880 and 1900. Susan Tod Watson was Mary Catherine Tod Hood's aunt. Mary Catherine's mother Mary Jane Towney Tod (1819 - 1849) is buried in Allegheny. Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you, Bob Todd in Manassas, VA.

I left a picture of Mary on the memorial you have for her with the source in the caption. Hope it's okay with you. I'm not related to her, just saw the picture in an old newspaper and thought it was interesting.

I changed the birth year to 1860. We are supposed to put what is on the stone, even if it is incorrect, in order to prevent accidental duplicates. However, when it is off by quite a bit, I know how maddening that can be. I have corrected my own great grandfathers, because if I left it as it was, he would have been linked to his mother and it would look like he was born 16 months after she died...

|Freeman Bartek||RE: Gibbs in Lebanon Presybterian Cemetery, West Mifflin|
I think I have a picture of that Gibbs marker your referring to (not William's). I'll post it on here later today after I get off work.
There is a section of ground where there is a "Gibbs" marker, along with a few square corner markers seemingly marking off a plot with "G"'s on them. That probably is the marker they are referring to.
I have some of the burial records too from Lebanon for this Gibbs family in Lebanon, that I can e-mail.
I can tell you that Israel's wife Charlotte is also buried in Lebanon, and so is there 2nd son, Abram Hays Gibbs (no stones today for either). But I'm not 100% confident that Charles is necessarily in Lebanon, which I can explain in the e-mail offline based on my research/documents I've uncovered.
