Rice Family
Hello Brad, It is wonderful to see what you are up to; combining the science of archeology with genealogy. I know a lot about the genealogy of David Amos Rice and family. Many branches of my family can be traced back to the Muck Creek area. My email is richardabrammer@gmail.com. I will be sending you a chart(s) of the Rice family within the next 48 hours. I am deeply involved in the Genealogy of Pierce County. I began my journey under the tutelage of my great Aunt Celia. We are and were kindred spirits to say the least. We spent many hours sitting and discussing ancestors off the top of our heads in great minutia. She passed on 6-25-2010, but she still guides me on my journey. She is the only person who ever understood my obsession to ascertain knowledge of those who walked before us. Richard.

Thank you so much for joinning Find a Grave You are welcome to use any picture from our family sites.I asked my brother to contact you he has historical information about the families and area. Our Great aunt Cecelia Svinth Carpenter was a well known Nisqually Indian historian who wrote many books, she died this year. Visit my virtual cemeteries and you can find many of the Ross/ Rice/ Wren/ Murray and Hawk families Sometimes I think I am related to everyone in Pierce County area. Have a wonderful Day.
