Anna Shara Moravek
Thanks for posting the Belleville Telescope obituary for Anna Shara Moravek. I believe, though, that the date of that obit is Jan 3, 1946, not 1945. She died in December of 1945, as indicated in the correct death date that you have listed. Thanks again for sharing the information.

Martin Ludvig Larson
Dear SJ Oregon,

I am researching my paternal grandfather's WWI army unit, Company B, 355th Infantry, 89th Division. According to the History of the 89th Division, Martin Larson was awarded the a Citation and Commendation from the general of the Division for actions performed on 10/20-10/21/1918.

I'm not exactly sure where I'm going with my project, but want to eventually publish something. Would it be permissible to use your photograph of the grave of Martin Ludvig Larson (Find A Grave Memorial# 41536917) should I eventually publish something?

Thank you,

With warm regards,

Bryan Anderson

Dear SJ,

Yes, since you offered, I would like to get a higher resolution photograph. The one on findagrave is a little grainy.

Thank you!

Charles G. Fulton
Dear SJ Oregon,

I am researching my paternal grandfather's WWI army unit, Company B, 355th Infantry, 89th Division. According to the History and Roster of the 355th Infantry, Charles G. Fulton was a member of my grandfather's unit, at least at one time. His gravestone however says he was part of the 353rd, which is confirmed by the History of the 89th Division. So, there's a discrepancy. When in doubt, I like to include the soldier.

I'm not exactly sure where I'm going with my project, but want to eventually publish something. Would it be permissible to use your photograph of the grave of Charles G. Fulton (Find A Grave Memorial# 107599880) should I eventually publish something?

Thank you,

With warm regards,

Bryan Anderson

Thanks for looking. Someone has "David Wait" in the same cemetery with a tombstone pic. What I am wondering is if it should be spelled, "Wait".

RE: Harry/Harvey Wade #126703129
Thank you... After I looked at this I decided his name really was Harvey and Harry was probably a typo, so I changed it to Harvey. When I tried to look up his parents, I realized there already was a memorial for Harvey, # 17346026, so I sent my obit to the other page manager and am going to have to delete my entry. Crazy! BD

Baxter Akers
My memorial does not have any dates so I think mine is a different person. I thought I found him but there is a third Baxter Akers in WV- 84365344. I am removing the date from my memorial and leaving it all unknown. I will keep searching for him though. You might want to remove the note you made as I really think he is buried with his wife. Thanks for pointing this out!

You have a photo Marker on # 89534600, is there some way you can move this photo to # 46352421, same cemetery, same name now. I didn't know till yesterday mine was a DUP. they didn't have her name like I had mine. I got in contact with them, and had them add what was on my BIO, with full name, and linking her children to their posting, which they have now done. I didn't want to delete my posting till I had gotten in touch with you. If you can move your photo, that would be great. I would appreciate your letting me know, then I can delete my posting.
I thank you for your time and for your help.
Blessings,
LL

My grandfather Laurence
Hello!

My brother found this website and sent me link. Glad to see more info where my late grandfather was in Kansas.

My dad is Lawrence Dean Lefort before he became Lawrence Dean Meadows (My late grandma Val remarried to step-grandpa Meadows. I was born Meadows but still LeFort in my heart.

My dad buried in Sacramento, CA. Found this grave too but need to add better clear picture of his grave. I visited there many times.

My late Dad was only 6 months old when my grandpa Laurence drowned. He didn't remember him but my two aunts Helen and Shirley remembered him. Thanks for share this picture and to know where it is.

I haven't gone to this place yet.. Someday, I will.. hope to meet any of you LeFort Families.. I know that my late dad's side is HUGE family cuz of great-grandpa had 17 children.. not sure if it is Great-Grandpa or Great-Great-Grandpa.

Hope to stay in touch with any of you.. I have Facebook
Pam Meadows. My Aunt Helen is still alive, one of three LeFort. That's her late Dad..

I have picture of late Grandpa Laurence and Grandma Val that my aunt Shirley had and I restored to have it bigger picture.

Take care,
Pam "LeFort" Meadows (Late Grandpa's granddaughter)

Aww, what a pity you drew a blank, but thank you so so much for going to the cemetery & looking up Moses Bailey. I am too grateful, really. The cemetery was named in the newspaper obituary, and even if his name was not on a marker, I wonder why he wasn't listed in the cemetery records?! Maybe a newspaper typo? Are there other cemeteries in the area? Thanks again, Sarah.

Grave picture for Moses Bailey Pleasant View
Hi SJ... If you're near Pleasant View Cemetery one of these days and it works out for you to check on the grave of Moses Bailey, my gr. grandfather who I read is buried there, I will be so grateful. His full name is Moses Jackson Bailey. His dates were 12 Apr 1851-20 Feb 1903. His parents: Solomon & Elsie Bailey (nee Palmer, died 28 Nov 1898) may may may be buried there too. I will appreciate any info / photos and thank you in advance. :-)

Thank you
SJ, the findagrave app on the iphone has a "request" button which I assumed was request to use the picture (I'm a newby), so I sent out a bunch of them (blush, blush). So I must apologize for disturbing you.

Anyway, thank you for answering me, your welcome, your time and the graving (which made this find for me and this communication possible), the use of the pictures, and your offer to take more pictures at this particular cemetery. Awesome!
