RE: John A. Blackburn
You are more than welcome, Josh. Sometimes these obits help solve a lot of questions where a families ancestry is concerned, so I never mind typing them. Blessings!!

RE: Howard McWillie Cotten
You're welcome for the Cotten transfers. You should have far greater opportunities to add biographies and links to your own family. Best of luck! -Ernie-

Samuel & Bessie Williams
Thank you for taking the time to locate, photograph and share the grave marker of my distant cousins Samuel & Bessie Blake Williams. I like using these pictures as an additional source documenting the lives of my ancestors and their descendants. May I use the pictures you have shared in my personal family tree file? I will so note that they are from: Find A Grave Contributor: Joshua Cotten #47567259.
Thank you again for your time and effort, I do appreciate it very much.
God Bless,
Debi Morris

RE: John Daniel Moon
No problem - glad to help. FYI - I found the plot that was listed in the request with the help of a groundskeeper, but I did not verify the plot info with the office. They are a little stiff with providing information if you cannot prove a relationship.

Samuel Webb photo request
Hi, the volunteers would be happy to fill your photo request however we will need a burial location to do so.
Can you please contact Laurel Land and get a burial location for your request? The number is 214 371 1336

or to email them, the link is:

There are over 233 photo requests currently and the volunteers cannot ask for that many locations to fill requests. With a location, your request will get filled pretty quickly. Thanks for your help. : )

Yes, Josh, it got pretty well tore up but so many more could have died had it not been for the quick thinking of so many others. They are strong people in that little town and they will rebuild quickly.

RE: Margaret E.
There are no records for Pleasant Hill Cemetery. They were lost in a fire. : ( There are partial recordings listed on various sites based on newspaper articles (obits), death certificates, etc. I have MANY family members (grandfather, uncle, numerous grandparents and grandaunts/uncles, etc.) buried there with no headstone. I believe they were some of the original "occupants" given their graves are closest to the church, i.e. the Hendersons, Allisons, Irvins, etc.
