RE: Tidwell Family Cemetery
There was no way to connect my great great grandfather to the Tidwell listed without entering a new entry. The information on the Tidwell Cemetery is incorrect. Hugh William Tidwell is the son of Hugh William Sr. Just trying to click to my family. We are related to this group.

If you can have them edit their listing so that we may click the two families together that would be great.

RE: Common relatives
Hi Walter,
I don't think so. I do a couple of memorials a week and when I do one, I do the research on them and try and find all the related memorials to the one that I am doing and sometimes I get carried away with my research.

RE: Birkelbach Evangelical Church Cemetery
If you can send me the Birkelbach history electronically, I can help translating some of it for the cemetery front page.

RE: Birkelbach Evangelical Church Cemetery
Thanks. Once you find the "real" German name for the cemetery, you can have it fixed through the "Cemetery Fix Threat" in the Forums. The period of repose rule is in effect for all cemeteries, communal, denominational, or whatever (between 15 and 40 years), only Honorary or War graves remain forever. I have the "Cemetery Regulations" for the Kirchenspiel Birkelbach, and the period is between 30 and 40 years. Can be extended by 10 years for several times.
I just came across your entry "by mistake", I just finished placing all 23 cemeteries of Bad Berleburg onto Findagrave: example
Friedhof Elsoff
Have a nice day. Thanks

Birkelbach Evangelical Church Cemetery
Thank you for creating the Friedhof Birkelbach:

All the memorials that have a grave marker icon DO NOT have a grave marker, all it is, is usually a distant view of the village. Not quite what the administrators of Findagrave have in mind. Please only use the stone icon for actual grave marker photos. Also the name of your cemetery should be what its known as locally, an English translation can be added into the "bio" of the cemetery. Can you also add that the period of repose is 40 years.

Also "Siegen" is incorrect. Birkelbach is part of Erndtebrück.

Thank you

Thank you for all the work you have done documenting the graves of veterans in Atlantic County and grave sites in Zion Cemetery.

Hi, Thank you for the update. I promise to do this gentleman tomorrow. Got myself literally tied up with my Roy/Donnelly tree. Jane

Walter, the data posted of the cemetery is accurate. Some folks were notified and if they had the money, the deceased was moved to a designated cemetery, otherwise they went with the unclaimed. Is this Fred related to you? Do you know who the wife was? Jane

Fred' Immendorf
This is confusing, there are "Three" of the same name in the same time frame and in Mt. Moriah and or Union 6th st Cemetery.
Will try to clear this up tomorrow. Thanks, Jane

RE: Cesaro Previte
I met with 2 of the administrators of the cemetery association in the office. It seems that the records are not well maintained. I had hoped to find more photo requests to fulfill. The graves I photographed were all just south of the office/maintenance building. I wasn't offered a map of the property, so I can't tell you the plot ID.

I was at Oak Grove today for a short visit. WHo was Cesaro Previte? I recorded his grave. Maybe you could add some details?

I got a photo of her headstone, but she was only born in 1947 with no D.O.D. Do you still want me to post the photo?

No worries. Glad to be of assistance. I went back out today to Mount Calvary and will again tomorrow, then again Friday, if need be. By the time I'm done, the cemetery will be 100% listed in F.A.G. The directory will approximately triple when I'm finished. I only cataloged and photographed about 1/3 of the cemetery today. Expect to see more photos for this cemetery soon!

Thank you!
Thank you so much for the grave photo of Bradley Iorio. I never expected to get it so fast, and that was a pleasant surprise.

Dear Walter,

I am sorry you are annoyed.

I too have been to the ceremony and that is where I got my information.

I will make it a priority this summer to revisit the grave once again to verify the name of the cemetery. If I learn that I misnamed it, I will happily make the correction.

Find a grave member.
Hi Walter:

Could you answer a question for me. I noticed that you posted a map of Oakgrove Cemetery. Do you know if that cemetery was called "Oakdale" in the past as I am coming across a lot of Obits that state they are buried in Oakdale but find memorials created in Oakgrove. If you have the answer, it would help many of us.

"Oakdale" is the only cemetery that is located in Penn across the river from Camden, NJ.

Guess what!!

I was out in the cemetery this morning looking for Geraldine Case b.1915 d.1915

As I walked down the row looking for her stone I found William Bartz. The picture has been down loaded to his memorial.

Souder Headstones
Thank you so much for the headstone photos for Dorothy and Kenneth Souder. If you get back to Laurel Memorial Park, would you please look to see if there are anymore Souder graves there? Dorothy's husband was Alan Banes Souder and he died in 1979. I don't have his burial site, but believe he is probably buried there also. You have really been a help to me in locating Souder graves.

Kay Souder
Thank you so much for her headstone photo. Now I'm wondering if she is still alive since there's no death date on the headstone. She would be 95, so I guess it's possible. Thanks again.

Thank you for the dates for Kenneth, Kay, and Dorothy. I was able to do a photo request today for Kenneth and Dorothy. Still have to wait a day or two before I can do a request for Kay. I appreciate your extra time and efforts to help me.
