RE: Giacoppo
All I know about Giacoppo's is Gus(Cosmo) & his brother John lived in Hammonton, NJ as borders in my great-grandmother's house, Bertino/Ruggerio and eventually married my great aunts Rosie & Anglina. As I scrolled through the census' & military records in Hammonton, I found many Ruggerio and several Giacoppo. Gus & John's military records say they were born in NJ, but I remember a very thick Italian accents from them both. Both had no biological kids, 1 adopted son who carried the name but is now passed away. I don't know their parents or siblings or family origin. They really married into my family. If you have any further questions, you can message me here or anytime just keep the family name in the subject line. Joze

Pauline Sutton
I just fulfilled your request for a photo for the gravestone for Pauline Sutton. You had asked about the surrounding area. I wanted to report that her gravestone was at the rear of the cemetery, with no other family stones closeby. The stone to the right was for John J. Mosuly, Jr, who died on March 1, 2010 and the stone on the left was for Ronald and Darlene Schiffl. They are the only stones in this area of the cemetery. I did take other Sutton family pictures in the cemetery and will make sure that they're entered in Find A Grave for general reference. Good luck with your search. Rhonda

Section MA in cemetery
Walter, Section MA in the National Cemetery is between sections 58 and 59. Take the second "spoke" on the left, go all the way to the end, and it will be right in front of you. Jan

I thought I'd try to do something to help from New York ;-) This link will take you to the information on Beaufort's site. It doesn't mention MA as part of the location.
Hope this helps and thanks again.

RE: Tidwell Family Cemetery
There was no way to connect my great great grandfather to the Tidwell listed without entering a new entry. The information on the Tidwell Cemetery is incorrect. Hugh William Tidwell is the son of Hugh William Sr. Just trying to click to my family. We are related to this group.

If you can have them edit their listing so that we may click the two families together that would be great.

RE: Common relatives
Hi Walter,
I don't think so. I do a couple of memorials a week and when I do one, I do the research on them and try and find all the related memorials to the one that I am doing and sometimes I get carried away with my research.

RE: Birkelbach Evangelical Church Cemetery
If you can send me the Birkelbach history electronically, I can help translating some of it for the cemetery front page.

RE: Birkelbach Evangelical Church Cemetery
Thanks. Once you find the "real" German name for the cemetery, you can have it fixed through the "Cemetery Fix Threat" in the Forums. The period of repose rule is in effect for all cemeteries, communal, denominational, or whatever (between 15 and 40 years), only Honorary or War graves remain forever. I have the "Cemetery Regulations" for the Kirchenspiel Birkelbach, and the period is between 30 and 40 years. Can be extended by 10 years for several times.
I just came across your entry "by mistake", I just finished placing all 23 cemeteries of Bad Berleburg onto Findagrave: example
Friedhof Elsoff
Have a nice day. Thanks

Birkelbach Evangelical Church Cemetery
Thank you for creating the Friedhof Birkelbach:

All the memorials that have a grave marker icon DO NOT have a grave marker, all it is, is usually a distant view of the village. Not quite what the administrators of Findagrave have in mind. Please only use the stone icon for actual grave marker photos. Also the name of your cemetery should be what its known as locally, an English translation can be added into the "bio" of the cemetery. Can you also add that the period of repose is 40 years.

Also "Siegen" is incorrect. Birkelbach is part of Erndtebrück.

Thank you
