Hi Carolyn! I wanted you to know that since you transferred his memorial to me I just now reordered his photos as you suggested (something i had no control over until the transfer). Yes, looks much better that way! Thanks, again!

Thank you so much for uploading the info i sent you, Carolyn! I'm so sorry i'm just now replying to your message - i've been busy! :) I am not family of his but if you want to transfer it to me you surely can. I am a JFK researcher whose hobby is making and updating findagrave memorials for the eyewitesses and others who were there. Thanks!

This is not the William Christopher you are searching for.
However, I am somewhat familiar with the Christopher's that came to Coweta Co, GA. They eventually ended up in Alabama.
Write me direct and I may be able to help you.

I seen where you left flowers for William Christopher 1784 - 1860. Are you related to his line of Christopher's? He is my 3rd great grandfather. I would appreciate any info you may have on him.
Thanks for your kindness,

|Laura V||John Monroe Baker Jr & Sr|
When I first found your memorial for John Jr the death year was 1876 - same as John Sr. Last night, checking ancestry.com, many other peoples' trees had the same year for both dad and son. Makes me think that was the reason someone requested Find A Grave to merge them.
While I was making the new memorial for Jr I found a document on ancestry.com saying John Monroe Jr's death was in Mar 1880. That's the info I put on the new memorial.
The source notation ancestry.com gave was "National Archives and Records Administration (NARA); Washington, D.C.; Non-population Census Schedules for Texas, 1850-1880; Archive Collection: T1134; Archive Roll Number: 60; Census Year: 1880; Census Place: Precinct 1, Upshur, Texas".
I will be glad to transfer the new memorial to your care.
John Monroe Baker Sr is my 4th great grandfather.
My line is :
John Monroe Baker Sr
Osburn Irving Baker
John Madison Baker
Mary Elizabeth (Baker) Dalton
Olga Ann (Dalton) Sherman
Charles Delma Sherman
me - Laura (Sherman) Velasquez

I am wondering what you could tell me about my g-grandfather John Wesley Carroll. I have some records about their trip from Georgia to Jackson parish. I am really interested in his civil war life and after as up to a year ago I had never knew any of this. Just wish my parents had talked more about him. Thanks.

Thank you. Yes that would be great. Dottie was my Mom's first cousin and I spent many good times with her when my parents were snowbirds in Florida. She lived in Sarasota for many years before moving to be with her daughter in Texas the year or so before she died. She was in the service during WWII as was her sister Virginia and was quite a pistol!
Thank you again, Andrea Poynter McDaniel

Hi Cousin Carolyn,
I know that line pretty well since Richard Womack, Jr. is my 7th great-grandfather. Where does it get complicated?

Hi Carolyn, do you think that Loretta Hughes, who has the memorials for Rev. Jeremiah "Jerry" Blanton and his wife Sarah Rebecca Womack understands their relationship other than being husband and wife? LOL! Beth Walls Walton Find A Grave Member #47288024

I already have established a memorial to him where I have linked it to the memorials of his wife and son. I hopefully will be adding his obit if I ever find it as well as a recent picture. Would it be possible to just have one memorial and if you would like me to transfer it to you I can.

You are very welcome!!!
Yes, we are related to the Hutto family. Marguerite was my husband's cousin.
Her father, William Thomas "Will" Hutto, was his mother's brother.
I have just been adding some old photo's that we have, to Find a Grave, and trying to connect people to their parents when I can.
I love it when someone adds an old photo to a memorial that I/We created!!!
To me, Find a Grave is "not only to let people know where their ancestors are buried", but it is also a way to honor those ancestors in some small way.

|SarahATX||Cherry Family Wood county|
I was updating the names for the Concord Cemetery in Wood county, Texas and added two more Cherry to the Find A Grave data base. The memorial #is 144913021 for Monte and his wife Janie Ruth.
I was able to locate some information on familysearch.org that confirmed Monte was the brother to Ed (E.A.) Cherry. It made sense because they are together in a family plot in the cemetery. There may not be a visible marker.
If you want to maintain the memorial, I'll be glad to turn it over to you.

I am writing to ask if you are a descendent of Jonathan Proctor Milner of Griffin, Spalding County, GA (Find A Grave #16210858)? I noticed you left flowers on his Memorial page on 11 Jun 2013.
If you are related and have any knowledge of his 5th wife - Mary 'Betsy' Graves and infant daughter Hope, will you please share it with me?
