I have been looking for information on Mamie for a long time. She is my Great-grandmother. Thank you for including the photo with her parents! Do you know where she is buried? The only information I can come up with is cemetery 37 in Filmore Kentucky.

Hi Marvin,
You asked what my Davis line is. There are actually two and I don't think they are connected, but any info you can give me would be great!
1) Lewis Davis (Kentucky) 1802-1859, son of Isaac and Jane (Jameson)Davis -- married Margaret Coyle, who was my grandmother's aunt.
2) Hannah Davis (North Carolina) 1761-1811, daughter of Capt. Myrick and Margaret (Myers) Davis -- married my great-great-great grandfather's brother.

Do either of these lines end up with Thomas Hill Davis?
Martha

Hi Marvin, I have been photographing my Davis ancestors in the Berea Cemetery, Berea, KY, and came upon T H Davis and Mary Bell Davis, so I added the photos of their graves to Find A Grave. I am still trying to find out if my Davis family is related to that family. I'll let you know if I figure it out. Glad to know of your research! It helps. Martha

RE: Faulkner-Tutt Cemetery
I would have sworn that I already answered this but it is still showing I need to reply. I think I told you that if you need any info from Wolfe County that I might be able to get the info since I live here. Other than that I have no connections to the Tutts. I am just trying to photograph some of these unknown cemeteries.

RE: Faulkner-Tutt Cemetery
Marvin, I really don't have any info regarding the Tutts or Stampers. I do try to link my memorials together that I put on Find A Grave so sometimes I run across something that gives me info and here is a link on your James Stamper that I did find. http://yeahpot.com/stamper/james.html

If I can be of any help trying to locate info in Wolfe County, just let me know.

I know some of the stones that I photographed could really use a cleaning, but I do not like doing that as I may cause damage. One military stone really needs to be dug out and around. I just accidently found it as over half of it was buried under an ant hill. After two trips I was able to uncover it enough for a photo.

Marvin, I just photographed that entire cemetery a week ago and am in the process of getting memorials done. Can you give these directions: From Campton take 746 and go 3.6 miles. Cemetery is on the right side and there are no signs.

Very happy to make the transfers. I travel around Michigan photographing many cemeteries, so most of the memorials I set up are not relatives of mine. It makes me so happy when family members contact me for transfers of their loved ones!!
