Hey Marie,
It may take them only several days to several weeks to get back to you. If you don't hear from them at the end of 2 weeks try again. If still nothing at the end of two weeks ask Rosie what your next course of action should be. Sometimes they are extremely busy and it can take awhile. It took six weeks before they could help me on an issue and get it completely resolved, but they do eventually help. Hang in there for if anyone can resolve this for you they would be the likely ones to do it. Best of luck! M~*

Hey Marie,
Did you contact someone in administration or the webmaster Jim Tipton? They should be able to look thru everything and find where the problem is located. Maybe you might see if they can set up a different account for you to see if that resolves the problem. Some people have had problems with their accounts before that could not be resolved and they set up new accounts for that member and then transferred everything over to the new account number and everything was fixed. It may be worth trying. Didn't this start up with the last hacking they experienced? Something may have occurred that damaged files attached to your account in some way that could be causing you problems. Hope you are able to get something resolved.

Marie, Please forgive me, I just now noticed your message. Life has been so hectic as of late, I am sometimes a bit scattered.

Yes, I have had some problems with the site,(nothing like you). A couple of my memorials have vanished. Sometimes I have trouble getting pages to load. But that's about it.

Someone suggested it might be my computer, I have an extremely good one that's only about 2 months old. I really don't think thats it.

I have missed you thought, hoping all is well for you and your family.

You are always very welcome Marie. As little as I can visit now it's always a pleasure when I can finally hop over to your page and visit.
About working the site-are you using any Apple products? It seems I have seen others complain that their Apple products are not working right or not in sync w/ the site. I know whenever I use any of the family Apple products w/ this site I have oodles of problems so I try to avoid using Apple stuff whenever I can. I noticed since the crash there are STILL lots of bugs in the system concerning Apple products. Some photos look turned sideways on Apple and on other products the photos are fine. Sounds like Ancestry has yet again dropped the ball when it comes to fixing things on this site. I haven't sounded off until now as I figure give them some time to get it settled in but it is past that now. What a shame. I saw people say they have reported the problem but never hear back from anyone and the problem continues.
Also I tried early Sunday morning to get in and it said the server could not be found like the last time there was a big crash. My advice is back up all your memorials. If it continues they will soon not be the number one grave site to go to in order to find someone. People just browsing the site are affected also. You should talk with Jim Tipton about it as he is the guru of the site, so I have heard. See if he can possibly give you some advice. ?

I also have constant problems with Find A Grave.
Everytime I open my Scrapbook the token invite all new. it takes forever

It was my pleasure to visit your loved ones. Since I got my new computer in April, I had no trouble with this site. I think my computer was just too old and needed replacing.
