Lawson family
The lesions you have taken photos of are.from my side of my g grandfather alvin Lawson. His brother Andrew left his family in Ohio and moved to Fla. He remarried twice. One wife is buried in woodville Helen Lawson. We know he had.other.children but can't locate them. If you can get any info on the lawsons you have taken this would help a great deal. Thank you and blessings

Many, many thanks for your posting of the headstone of my mother, Georgette M. Miller, in Culley's Meadow Wood Cemetery. I now live in New York, and if it wasn't for your photo, I would never get to see her grave again.

My father's grave
I was dumbfounded to find my father's memorial on find-a-grave. He was Edward C. Miller, buried in Culley's Meadow Wood Cemetery in Tallahassee. I then noticed that you created memorials for ALL of the Millers buried in that cemetery, which has piqued my curiosity. I thank you, but what caused you to do this?

I just wanted to let you know that our middle son James Henry "Tank" Dowling (1977 - 2014)* passed away suddenly on Dec 23, 2014. I have added him to find a grave with a heavy broken heart as I never in all my worst dreams would have thought I would be adding my own son. Please remember us in prayers as we as a family have been hit hard by his loss. I would love to see 39 guitar/yellow flowers/tokens for James by his birthday on November 15th.

God Bless, Saundra

U Bowdoin Marsh
Hello Hochi,
First, thanks for what you do, it is through your and others like you that Find A Grave has become such a useful tool.
I am writing in reference to record #114173290. I note in the title it lists the name as Ulysses which I know to be incorrect, I am guessing this may have been an error in the obit that ran in the newspaper. His name was Ulys Bowdoin Marsh.
I am a distant cousin, so may not qualify as a close enough relative for you to give me managing rights, but I am in possession (and am the copyright owner) of Ulys' book on the Bowdoin family. If you do give me managing rights I commit to connecting Ulys to as many of his direct relatives as I can.
If you wish to retain ownership, maybe you could correct the spelling of his name.
Again, thanks for all you do.
Best regards,
Rick Bowdoin

RE: Minnie Davis
Yes, her daughter Clorine Davis Lawhon (which is who she lived with at the time of her death.) Do you have access to old obituaries from the Tallahassee newspaper? I have been trying to find one for her for ages. My mother's memory is a little fuzzy when it comes to facts.

Thanks again for being so helpful! I think most of the grave sites in Fredericskburg, VA are pretty well covered - but if you need anything from me - let me know!

That is what it says on her death certificate...grrr...I guess other than that I have no way to be sure. Sorry you walked the whole thing! I guess I am back to square one. Thanks for your efforts.
