Bio

I was born, raised, and still reside on the family farm in Daniels, West Virginia. I am the busy mother of an active 5 year old son and wife to an amazing husband of 11 years. I also work a full time job as a cosmetics beauty advisor. My husband and I are huge history buffs and we enjoy doing genealogy research together. (Him watching a movie/playing a video game with me beside him on the laptop haha!)He is a good sport about it all and will go out searching for family graves with me.
I have an unexplainable draw to my ancestors. For me research is an adventure where the rewards never end but grow sweeter with each piece of information that is confirmed and locked into place. I seem to never be able to find enough information on any one person to satisfy me. My nickname, SherlockJo was given to me by my cousin that enjoys doing a lot of the family research with me.
I fiercely love my family past present and future and I am dedicated to preserving my heritage for future generations.
