Friends got me interested in genealogy. I had just read John Adams by David McCoullough and was very curious to know if my family were Patriots or Tories, British simpathizers. I began visiting nearby cemeteries and taking pictures.

I’ve always liked walking in cemeteries and think about the stories they would tell and what wisdom they would impart.
