Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a Fellow of the Manchester & Lancashire Family History Society and a member of the Society of Genealogists. I live near Stockport, Cheshire, England. I visit Manchester Central Library most weeks and can do look-ups there. I am also willing to visit cemeteries in the Greater Manchester area and take photographs of headstones, provided the grave number is known.

RE: Emmanuel Shevloff
Yes I did notice this. I am hoping the Hebrew will give a clue as to his father and that it will link in some way to my grandmother, probably over optimistic !

Emmanuel Shevloff
Thankyou for such a speedy response. We have so little information about my maternal grandmothers background that it would be very exciting to find a connection with Emmanuel.
My grandmother was a Chaya Shevloff but we have very little idea of her antecedents other than her mothers name "
Many many thanks

RE: Southern Cemy - AITKEN
Mike everso thankful for your responses.. I do the request on the hopes there is a stone, or at the least, a pic of the region it's suppose to be placed in. When you send me these cryptic messages of plot# only, it's difficult to trace back the request without the Memorial# and get the accurate cemetery.. limitations I've noticed in Find A Grave.. making it more of a frustration than the joy this program holds for me and others.. Not all resources are available way round the world.. Just saying, but thanks for trying.. Only get 20requests/week allowed.
