2021 ~ PRAY FOR THE USA & PRAY FOR ISRAEL
GOD BLESS AMERICA

Will be happy to transfer Family or Friends, as long as they are not my Family. Just Ask

Once I create a memorial, I add the complete obituary. Doing this enables others to find loved ones, so they can be linked together as they should be together forever.

I firmly believe each memorial should be complete and accurate, including as much detail as possible to enable people to find their loved ones and possibly learn family history that they never knew.

Much of history was recorded in the context of a segregated society, and the reader should readily discern between pre- and post-desegregation observations. The terms "black," "colored," "negro," and "white" in my memorials should not be considered offensive as they have been used according to the custom of the particular period.

I know some FAG members only place the names & dates in their memorials, but imagine searching for your own family & not finding them because all the information is not added.

Please do not ask me to add the word REVEREND to a memorial. I am not comfortable using that word for a man. The reasons are:
(1) The pure Word of God speaks plainly with regarding to the title of "Reverend" and there is only one true "Reverend" whom we must "Revere" with all "Reverence" to His Holy Name.

(2) "It is the Lord your God you must follow, and Him you must REVERE." Deut. 13:4

(3) "…. so that you may learn to REVERE the Lord your God always." Deut. 14:23

(4) "…. REVERE this glorious and awesome name: the Lord your God." Deut. 28:58

(5) "…. REVERE Him, all you descendants of Israel!" Psalm 22:23

(6) "Let all the earth fear the Lord; let all the people of the world REVERE Him." Psalm 33:8

(7) "…. holy and REVEREND is His name." Psalm 111:9

(8) "I know that everything God does will endure forever; nothing can be added to it and nothing taken from it. God does it so that men will REVERE Him." Eccles. 3:14

*************************

It is my goal to transfer every memorial to kin before I end up in the cemetery :-) ~ Except for my family members & close friends. I have someone waiting in the shadows to inherit those.

*************************
If anyone wants to manage a memorial I created that is not a family member or friend of mine, just ask. I don't understand those who feel the need to hoard and control every memorial.

Do your best to share your time, your knowledge, your pictures, your entries. Hoarding names helps no one and they remain basically a naked name with hopefully some part of a date - nothing else ____________

++ I endeavor to always leave flowers if none have been left whenever I visit a memorial.

I work on memorials everyday and try to help gather information if I see that it is needed.

****A blank memorial is really not beneficial.
Memorials represent a person. They had a life and deserve to have something said about that life. I add memorials with the utmost respect.

Too bad we can't all work together. There are a few that do work together which helps us realize the good work we do and move past the negative input from others.

Together, we'll create a memorial that celebrates your loved ones life and the impact they had on their friends and family.

There are a some people that are interested in the quantity of memorials they can add and not the quality.

I have lots of McCurtain County Obits, will be happy to send them to you by E-mail or U.S. Post Office.

Also, I am typing obituaries from older newspapers and sending them to Find A Grave Memorial Managers. If you receive one from me, please consider posting information from the obituary, or at the very least, using the information to add family links where needed.

Remember.........That which you share, multiplies and divides. That which you withhold, diminishes and dies. W. Clement Stone-----------
