I am now obsessed with this ancestry stuff! I have been an avid fan of Findagrave for about 6 years. However, I did not sign up until I decided to post some of my photos. I live in Huntsville, AL but grew up in Scottsboro, AL. I guess you can say that I specialize in Jackson Co., AL cemeteries. My relatives and my husband's relatives are scattered throughout Jackson Co. (Scottsboro, Woodville, Stevenson, etc). Please let me know if you need a photo and I will be glad to try to get it. I do spend most of my weekends in some cemetery - even multiple cemeteries !! By the way, please feel free to use my cemetery photos of any of your friends and/or family. I take them for a reason. That reason is so the person who finds the photo is thrilled to see it just like I was when I found my first photo on Findagrave. Credit given for the photo would be appreciated.
Billy Ray Talley Sr. Beth, I got a message from Find A Grave that you and I both had a Memorial for Billy Ray on Find A Grave and that your's was in the correct cemetery. It also stated that you and I needed to resolve the issue. Well I deleted my Memorial, because the message said you had it in the correct cemetery. Well guess what the Funeral card, where I got my information says Long Acre Cemetery! So no what? I should have looked first and I usually do. But I was assumning that the message was from a Find A Grave personnel. Just thought I would let you know..
Johnny Cox #107360187 Also I would like to thank you for all the work you have done. I am new to this as my husband passed away last year, but I was amazed at all the graves listed, my mother is 91 years old and I am sharing with her. Again my thanks to you, Rebecca South

Caves Family Hi Beth...I had to take a moment and express my gratitude for all that you do for Find A Grave. I have been researching my birth family and thanks to you have so many images of headstones which have provided information to help me get the correct data for my Ancestry tree. In 2010 I went to meet my Aunt Della in Fort Payne. She is now 100 years old and I was there this year for a family reunion (my first one)and saw her again. I'm from Ohio but my family is all over the area you're from...I too have a passion for cemeteries and fill grave requests. I spent four summers cleaning and documenting just one local cemetery 3,500 graves and have over a thousand grave requests done. We are a crazy bunch us grave runners but the effort is well worth it...Finding and meeting my family has changed my life. So please know every time I get an image you took I'm so grateful. I'm hoping to come back next year. Maybe we can meet and I can thank you in person....I credit you every time I add an image. And yes, I get excited seeing each and every one. May blessings fill your life every day. My heart is in the South. Dianne
William Hopper / Daisy Cobb Hopper I wish I could help, but I'm not the one who linked them together (note the asterisk next to Daisy's name on William's memorial) and therefore do not have that capability. You'll have to contact the owner of Daisy's memorial and have her delete the link to William. Sorry!
