Harvey Hiram Clevenger
Melvin,
Thank you for the kind offer of the obituary and other information for Harvey H Clevenger. Harvey is actually a relative so I am hesitant to transfer maintenance of his memorial. I have since updated his memorial and included more information and photos including his obituary so we should be covered now.

Thank you for your help,
Danna

Judy Curnell
related??
Melvin, Hello. I am Judy Delawder Curnell. My 3rd great grandmother was Esther Halterman Delawder. I just recently started working on my family tree. Is the Jacob Halterman 1735-1814 Ester's Dad? Her page was transferred to me & he is listed on it by the former manager of her page so want to make sure of the relationship. Thank you Judy

Sorry I will not transfer his memorial to you as he's related to me. You can send his obituary info to me and I will add it. Thanks

Thank you for your offer to post Robert's obituary. He is in my Snouffer family line and as such want to maintain his and his family's memorial. Are you a direct descendent? If you could copy the obit and email it to me, I will be thrilled to add it to his memorial.

A mystery solved.
Thks for creating Scott and Raymond Beards' memorials up in Smithsburg cemetery. I do not know if you knew them but they were hermits that lived down on White Hall Rd. They each had their own little houses. Scotty's is still standing on the west side a couple houses down from the old Schilling place although there have been some additions. Raymond's (Pee-Pee) was on the east side of Harbaugh Lane. It is gone but the have built a new house on the lot. They worked their whole lives as farm hands in the area. Never married and never had cars. They would catch rides or walked back and forth to Chewsville to buy their groceries. A cousin and I wondered what had happened to them. I pieced the story together fom what an uncle had told me and now I know where they are buried. And I am glad to find out that they had family thru the obits. Thks
